This was mediocre at best - it took forever to get our drinks ; items we ordered never arrived....and we were moved to the bar because the kitchen was closing. My friend dropped her drink and the manager said she had to pay if she wanted a new one..do not select unless you want mediocre everything! There are better restaurants (for less money) and much better food! #disappointing

Our waitress was really good but one of the employees was very rude towards us. She frowned her face at us several times and was a little aggressive with her tone and delivery. In one of my videos I took you can clearly she her distaste with us being there.

We celebrated our wedding anniversary at Casa Cruz, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The restaurant is set in a gorgeous six-story Beaux-Arts townhouse, and the intimate dining room on the third floor where we ate was absolutely stunning. With its rich wood-paneled walls, soft lighting, and an elegant centerpiece, the space felt warm, glamorous, and just the right amount of fancy for a special night out. The service was flawless. Our server struck the perfect balance between professionalism and warmth, offering thoughtful recommendations and ensuring that our every need was met. Her attention to detail made us feel celebrated throughout the evening, and we were pleasantly surprised with complimentary champagne to toast our anniversary at the meal’s conclusion—a touch that felt both personal and luxurious. We will certainly return to Casa Cruz.

Stellar meal at a beautiful venue, thoughtful details throughout, and attentive service all night (thanks Andy!). Will definitely be coming back!

Pretty Disappointing. We had a reservation for another part of casa Cruz (floor 2) and they placed us on the terrace (Frances). An absolute misleading. Different atmosphere different menu. When I ask why is that they told me that they are sorry but the second floor is closed for an event ?! No one reached out to inform about this event. We paid 320$ for food we did not want to eat and did not enjoy plus 80$ Uber. Good job !
