Casa Chloe is an authentic Mexican restaurant that prides itself on using fresh ingredients and having a chef with Mexican heritage. Our head chef attended culinary school in Mexico with years of experience creating her own and traditional dishes that are filled with passion and flavor. We also offer a full bar, and our specialty lies in tequila and mezcal. Here at Casa Chloe our close attention to detail will be seen in not only our food but also our eye for design.

Authentic Mexican food with excellent service. Appetizers, entrees and desert are all high quality. Food seasoning is mild to moderate. Not intense heat from pepper. Margaritas are authentic. Not syrupy sweet. Our waiter, Damien was very helpful, prompt and professional.

Very good elevated Mexican cuisine. Taste , selection, and presentation are very good. Service is friendly and prompt even though place was full and has been open only one month. Only concern is the pricing on beans and guacamole, but taste is excellent. The mushroom and corn combo , and aguachile shrimp were amazing ! Bar prepared cocktails very well, and the outdoor seating is very nice and covered. We will return !

This is authentic Mexican. We were seated right away, the food was delicious and the dessert freshly made. Highly recommend.

Pretty restaurant, noise level was high. Our waiter was great. My ribeye tacos with bone marrow were very greasy and need a make over. My hubby’s chicken enchiladas were great! We also ordered the shrimp aquachiles, which was a pretty dish but hard to eat as an appetizer when the shrimp are whole and needed some chips to scoop it out. Very pricey meal, but we’ve may come back and try again.

First time to dine and it was excellent-we sat outside and had a wonderful ambiance. Our waiter Juan was very personable and professional and we loved meeting the owner who has succeeded in bringing a great new experience to the Hill Country!

Wonderful time at Casa Chloe, came in from out of town and tried this charming restaurant for the first time. The space is an elegant and contemporary while also tying in historic Texan references. The food was equally enjoyable, drawing on a both Texan and Hispanic cuisine with an elevated and modern execution. The rib eye tacos with bone marrow and the octopus veracruz were both stand out dishes. Looking forward to returning to try more of the menu. I would certainly recommend Casa Chole for those seeking a sophisticated setting, fantastic food, and exceptional service.
