Caruso’s is a rebirth of a restaurant that was created by Rakan Shteiwi in the 1979. Many of the original Spinning Fork recipes came from the original Caruso’s which was located in downtown Cincinnati. We look to merge classic and modern flavors inspired by traditional Italian and American Italian cuisines.

The food was amazing. Our server was nice and checked on us several times. She seemed to be annoyed when we requested items, but that could have just been the way she is and not necessarily annoyed, that’s just the vibe we got. Servers have personal lives too and things happen. Servers have off days too and that’s ok. We’ve all been there. She gave us our checks, but we sat there about 30 minutes waiting for her to come get our cards. We finally had to go to the front to pay. The food was amazing though.

The food is excellent! The atmosphere is a little loud, we could hear people/kids on the other side of the restaurant. This place could be something really special if they can get the word out. I would love to see eggplant dishes on the menu and a couple more authentic dishes.

Amazing food,I loved loved my Pepperoni Honey pizza, a must try if you are a fan of those 2 flavors. I had requested to have Happy Anniversary written somewhere on our dessert and they gave us tiramisu on the house. It felt really lovely that the staff reads and cares for the customer so very deeply. I was too full but could not keep my spoon down, the tiramisu was that good.

Overall, I enjoyed the restaurant. The food and drinks we ordered were very good. Only thing I would like to see is a bit more options on the food menu.
