Caruso’s is a rebirth of a restaurant that was created by Rakan Shteiwi in the 1979. Many of the original Spinning Fork recipes came from the original Caruso’s which was located in downtown Cincinnati. We look to merge classic and modern flavors inspired by traditional Italian and American Italian cuisines.

This was the second time we had been to Caruso's. It was good but not great. Comparing it to Olive Garden we found the idea of paying extra for bread odd. Stating that it is made by a special baker is interesting but worthy of the extra charge. Also, one in our party ordered the Minestrone soup and found it not particularly good. Mostly a bean soup, not a typical vegetable mix found in Minestrone soup. Probably return to Olive Garden, Caruso's just doesn't stack up.

First visit here and everything was so good. That the calamari appetizer which was fresh and crisp with a yum yum sauce. We shared The chop chop salad and there was still enough to bring home another serving. The dressing was light and tangy. We also split the lasagne and had leftovers of that delectable dish too. Super fresh and flavorful. We will be back!

Top notch service and I can’t say enough about how amazing the food was! I had the caccio y Pepe with blacked chicken and my husband had the gnocchi bolognese- SO good. Going to dream about this pasta until I have it again! Oh- and don’t sleep on the cocktails. They make an exquisite espresso martini!

Everything about Caruso's was wonderful from our great waiter, Mike, to the delicious meals enjoyed by all! Highly recommend it!

Disappointed in portion to value size. Pasta was swimming in sauce. Our waiter seemed preoccupied with other things rather than serving guests.

We enjoyed the food. Bread service, Arancini, Cacio e Pepe, and Gnocchi w/ Bolognese. Had a couple good cocktails. We finished with the Ricotta Donuts. The only downside of the meal were the 3 sauces that came with the donuts.
