   The hostess was very helpful and found us a quieter table as requested. Our server, Aubrey, was great. She was friendly and checked in on us often.

   Oysters are great. Also ordered a pasta dish and the description didn’t exactly match what came out. They should say that the seafood pasta is Alfredo sauce since some folks like myself do not like A sauce. The manager was beyond polite and apologetic about it so kudos to him.

   We went here for my friend's birthday. The food took a considerable amount of time to come out and while our server seemed indifferent the manger more than made up for it. The manager was helping run food and drinks not just for our table but for others too. The food was delicious the crab hushpuppies should come in an order of 25 cause they were the best part. The butter cake is the best dessert they off but they do have a nice dessert menu that could fill any sweet tooth. the oysters were really good and the mionette was unique and delicious. All In all it was a good time and a good meal and I will definitely return.

   Very nice setting and vibe… mix of high class restaurant feel with city / modern flavor with the best oysters we’ve had on the East Coast. Service was on a better / higher level than similar restaurants . We will certainly revisit and sit at a different part of the restaurant which promises to provide the same or better feel…

   The food was good and the place has a nice ambience. The waitress did not seem happy; she put the extremely hot corn bread on our table without saying how hot it was (and no mitt) so one person touched it while cutting and burned her finger. She didn’t know what vegetables were in our dish and was poking our fork in it continuously while trying to figure it out (they were mushrooms). For such a nice place - I would expect better service.

   Aubrey our server was fantastic. As was the oysters! Calamari had a great blistered tomatoe sauce but was a bit chewy! Hard pass on the pimento hush puppies (just a ball of cheese) Caesar salad very basic but okay. Drinks were A+ (old fashioned and mule) Very very loud and mostly a hotel business travel vibe not a good match for a romantic birthday dinner, but if you are looking for a good happy hour this spot will do the job.

   Great night for a patio. Attentive but not overly aggressive service. Good food. Oysters and mango ceviche outstanding

   Our waiter, Cameron, was exceptional! It was our first time eating here and he helped make it a great experience! Will definitely be back.

   I think our server was just having a bad day. He wasn't rude, but he was disengaged. The restaurant was not that crowded, but there were long periods when he didn't check in to see if we needed anything. I had friends visiting from out of town, so it was a disappointing showing for Charlotte.

    Caroline’s Oyster Bar was just the place to top off our Charlotte weekend staycation. The oysters were excellent. The brisket burger was made to perfection. We also had calamari which was decent but not the best I’ve had. It was a bit too chewy. We snagged a table through open table after being told that there were no tables available for at least two hours.
