                                                                                                            Very light serving but delicious and a little bit on the expensive side. The server was great Will have wished for two appetizers instead of the main menu but it was a little difficult to understand the description from the menu. Not familiar with Indian food.

                                                                                                            Cannot recommend Carnival highly enough! Between the incredible service and attention we received from our servers Dave and Paras, the great cocktails and the phenomenal Indian food this was a 5 star experience in every way. Really loved the modern take on Indian Cuisine (especially the dishes that fused it with other Asian styles), and the presentation of the table-side dishes was incredible, we couldn’t stop smiling. Not a single item we tried disappointed, and we will eagerly come back again to try even more.

The food was delicious and the staff were super accommodating and respectful. Enjoyed our whole time there. Will definitely be visiting again. Thank you, Carnival !

The food was a culinary adventure grounded in classic Indian flavors explored through new techniques. Great value for a unique dining experience. The staff were attentive and warm. This place deserves a try.

                                                                                                            Carnival Contemporary Restaurant and Cocktail Bar is a fantastic spot with a lively vibe. The food is creative and delicious, made with fresh, local ingredients, while the cocktails are unique and refreshing. The atmosphere is stylish yet welcoming, perfect for a fun night out. Overall, it's a must-visit for anyone looking to enjoy great food and drinks {and yes there cocktails are 200% better then Bar chef}. Trust me you won’t regret going there.
