We had a lovely meal and our waiter Harry was great. The food was delicious, service was excellent and a lovely atmosphere for a Friday lunch.

An excellent meal served by friendly professional staff only comment found it strange there was a dog walking round without a lead but having said that it wasn’t any trouble .

Friendly and attentive staff. Only reason to not give top marks was that there was quite a delay to receiving our order (possibly because of peak Christmas shopping time). We couldn't relax as had to leave earlier than intended due to other appointment). Staff very apologetic. We would still go back.

Food was ok but nothing special, although servers were attentive we felt somewhat rushed so not as relaxed as should be

We went to Carluccio's for a family member's birthday and the staff were very kind and welcoming. The food was delicious too. It was my first time visiting and I'd definitely go again. Thank you!

Cannot fault the staff, food and service at Carluccios - Incredibly accommodating for a large table of 13 for our daughter's 8th Birthday. We pre-ordered and it was seamless from start to finish. Massive thanks to Keni for all of his efforts regarding dietary requirements too! We will be back.
