    Owner came and introduced herself and was very nice. Everyone had something different and all enjoyed their meals. Highly recommend the Beef Tenderloin, the rack of lamb had lots of flavour.

    Outstanding meal , service. Drinks were very good. Food was local authentic tasty fresh . The owner came over and engaged with us. Would recommend highly !

    Don’t let the location in a shopping area bother you.the food was fantastic.Element curry sauce preparation for snapper and shrimp was excellent.excellent vegetables,rice.Beautifully plated. Gracious service very attentive. Owner present and very warm. Better than some of the higher priced restaurants.We will be back!

    We have been to Caribbean Element several times. Food is always outstanding. Mary does a fabulous job with her menu. We were excited to see some new entrees and tries both of those this time.
