Pesimo servicio, lo que pedimos ya se había acabado, la segunda opción ya estaba la orden puesta a los 15 minutos llega alguien a decirnos que la cocina se averió y que pidiéramos otra cosa, aparte que ya tenia la reservación me hicieron esperar 20 min por que había mas reservaciones

First time here the place is beautiful. I got the Sammie ( waffles & chicken ) the pickle like pear that came with it was everything my first time being introduced to that & it went great with the meal . The rose sangria was ok not my fav but only drink I had got & my friend had got hot teas which they enjoyed. Waiter Janice was very knowledgeable & helped us didn’t constantly check to see how we was doing just how I like it overall 8/10 would like to come for breakfast or dinner since we came for brunch

This is the second thanksgiving I go there and I like the overall experience. I felt the food was better last year, just in general the taste but it is still homemade food.

We had Thanksgiving dinner here and it was amazing! I wasn't sure what to expect but they hit the classics and delivered on all of them! The only draw back was pacing. Each course came out as they cleared the one we were on. There wasn't a chance to order more drinks or take our time. They had us in and out after about an hour. Mind you, it was still early in the day so they weren't busy and I know more time was allotted in the reservation. We would have loved to enjoy ourselves at a bit more leisurely pace considering how great everything was. We will gladly come back for sure!

We went for Thanksgiving dinner while we were traveling. The food and drinks were excellent, but our service was sub-par, which is perhaps expected on Thanksgiving and with a likely “B” crew.

It's sometimes a crapshoot with hotel restaurants, but we were impressed with Carcara. Had Sunday brunch -- incredibly attentive service, and the food was quite good. I'd totally come here again (and likely will); it's a great place to go before a performance at Symphony Hall or the Herberger.

One of the ladies from the front was rude and barely even acknowledged us as we walked in. All she asked is if we had a reservation and proceeded to do something the iPad and then walked assuming we would follow. Didn’t say a single word. Very unwelcoming.
