Caramella Italian Restaurant & Lounge, a collaboration between Caesars Entertainment and Tao Group Hospitality, debuts at Planet Hollywood. Designed by Fettle, the space channels 1970s Italy, featuring a velvet vestibule, Murano glass chandeliers, a candy shop with Italian treats, and a hidden lounge with a mosaic DJ booth. Guests can also enjoy a terrace offering stunning views and a one-of-a-kind dining experience on the Las Vegas Strip. Find your sweet spot at Caramella!

Everything we ordered was excellent. The chicken parmigiana was enormous, 3 of us shared it with other items. We all agreed it was the best we’ve ever had. Service was phenomenal. In addition to the very knowledgeable server, several others came to the table with the food and drinks. Great view of the strip as well.

Bradford and the entire staff provided outstanding service. The food was excellent. The view was amazing. A must go when in Las Vegas.

Best bolognese I’ve ever had. Attentive wait staff. Lovely ambiance, calm away from the hustle and bustle. Could be a quiet family dinner or a romantic date night.

They've only been open a few days and we were lucky enough to stumble across them and get a reservation. Everything was perfect, definitely one of the best dining experiences we've had in Vegas.

From the minute your greeted and seated to when you've finished off the best cheesecake in Las Vegas, you feel like you're having a special experience. This place has style and Great food. Caramella's is the restaurant that will bring life back to the dining scene at Planet Hollywood, Las Vegas. The vibe is immaculate, the food is delicious, and the service is outstanding. Dont sleep on dessert - even if you need to take it to go.
