Capone’s Oven & Bar is located at 2303 Richmond Ave, Houston, TX 77098 and our phone number is (832)767-1794. We are a 1920’s style bar and oven offering the finest in gourmet pizzas, salads, and appetizers all prepared right in front of your eyes and cooked to perfection in our state of the art brick oven. A few of Capone’s specialities are the Capone’s pizza made with arugula, procuitto and topped with truffle oil, or The Godfather pizza made with pepperoni, Italian sausage and jalapeños. Food is served Wednesday through Saturday until 1:45 am and Sunday through Tuesday until 11:45 for your convenience and go beautifully with Capone’s wine list or wide selection of bourbons and single-malt scotch. Also, we feature LIVE MUSIC Wednesday – Saturday evenings, cover charges do not apply. Please see our calendar of events page to get the latest information for our live music line up.

We have a private room upstairs where we hold all sorts of private events. The capacity on the space is about 50 people. We offer appetizer and pizza packages ranging from $250-$500 depending on the size of the party as well as open bar packages ranging from $650-$1,600. Fuimos a almorzar, esto es relevante por que el lugar no estaba muy lleno, y sólo había una persona para atender a 4 mesas. Sin embargo, las pizzas muy recomendables y las ensaladas estupendas. El lugar en si es muy singular, 3 barras en distintos pisos del establecimiento, seguramente el ambiente será otro por las noches. Con ganas de regresar pero a cenar. Si lo recomiendo !!!

The service was terrific per usual, though they could NOT find my OpenTable reservation! Incredibly, they were able to seat the four of us for 7:45pm dinner on a Saturday - very surprising given they're usually packed. We ordered the lamb special, chicken parm, eggplant parm and the short rib pasta. My eggplant parm was a bit undercooked but was still decent. My husband's chicken parm was rubbery - they immediately cooked him another one (FYI he has ordered this same meal at least a dozen times with no issues). The lamb chops were outstanding, and the shortrib ravioli was tasty. I recommend Capone's but reservations are a must - even for lunch!

Wow the food is simply amazing. Had the wings and mushrooms for appetizers and the mushrooms are so good. Also had a pepperoni pizza and the lobster ravioli. I can’t not say anything about anything we ordered.

This is not the place to go if you want to talk and visit with others. The band is so loud that we couldn't talk. I spent the evening apologizing to our guests from Dallas for the high level of noise. If you don't really want to talk to the people you're meeting for dinner - this is your place. The pizza was good, but the crust was a little soggy. The parking lot is a nightmare so Uber if you can. We used to come here before Covid but after Covid we pretty much stick to our suburban area. I think we have become too old and hearing-impaired for Capone's.

Food was delicious (especially the oh so thin crust pizza) and service was attentive. Wine list a little too limited especially by the glass but Capone’s is definitely a repeat!!

Best pizza in Houston. I have never had a bad experience or an off night at Capones. The service is good, it is a casual & laid back environment with outstanding pizza!
