Tradition and elegance describe the Canyon Clubhouse. The Canyon Clubhouse has a refined dining atmosphere in comfortable luxury and features:

We had the halibut and it was so dry we could barely eat it. Everything else was great.

I always enjoy Eddie's meatloaf. Also the Caesar salad seemed much improved from last year. Although there were few diners, our second glasses of wine were offered and we ordered to accompany our entrees was not delivered until we had to remind the staff of the order and when we had nearly finished our meals. I could understand it if the dining room was busy but was mostly empty.

Service was slow. The servers appeared to be overextended. The tuna melt on toast was not good.
