Canyon Breeze Restaurant at Red Mountain Resort offers spectacular red rock views and ample seasonal outdoor patio seating. The menu created by our Executive Chef Wenceslao Sandoval inspires our guests who appreciate thoughtful, made from scratch dishes using local and sustainably sourced ingredients. Super slow service and mediocre food. Allowed one hour and 45 minutes for dining and barely made it to our theater event. We were the first seated inside for dinner and it took 35 minutes to get our drink order, then another 20 minutes to get our salads. Requested dressing on the side, but it was already on the salad. Server offered to re-do, but in the interest of time, we declined. To her credit, she comped the salads. We alerted her we needed to leave by 7:10 pm, and entrees were served at 6:50 pm. We had bread plates, but when asked about bread, we were informed the kitchen didn’t have any. My pasta entree said it was served with garlic toast, but none served. Server said she’d check, and returned with a slice of toasted bread with some garlic and cheese. Overall disappointing for a resort of this caliber.

They were slow, they ran out of steak within an hour and half of opening. The food quality was not what you would expect being at an expensive resort.

We have eaten there the last 2 years for Valentine’s Day and both times was awful! Expensive and the food was horrible. I really would like my money back for both visits. We left the restaurant and went through a drive trough because we were still hungry!

We stayed at the Red Mountain Resort for New Years so we made a reservation for NYE dinner. I went to the website for the menu then was disappointed when we got to the restaurant and the menu options were completely different. The ricotta toast was nothing special and a little soggy but the pesto pasta and steak were delicious. The cocktail was so strong it tasted like gasoline. The server was nice enough but it felt like he just wanted us in and out as fast as possible.

Very nice setting and atmosphere. Quiet and pleasant. Wait staff was helpful but challenged being understaffed. Food seemed to come out slow but when it did it was very good. Would go back in the future

Great restaurant with plenty space and relaxing atmosphere. Food was delicious and healthy. Recommend stopping by.

The patio is beautiful with the surrounding red mountains and the fireplace and we timed it just right to see the sunset. The staff was so accommodating and happy. The food was very good, I had the grilled salmon w/sweet potato. I highly recommend Canyon Breeze and we will be back!

Very lovely location. Not busy so we got lots of attention. Food good, desserts better! Nice evening to have good conversation with family since it was quiet and music not loud or obnoxious.
