Algunos meseros fueron odiosos, pero no todos. Es un restaurant para tomar y comer algo tranquilo más no hay mucha variedad en el menú

Nuestro camarero era muy inexperto; él nos ofreció un servicio bueno como persona ; pero no sabía ni sugerir algo de comer o de tomar ; deben invertir ustedes en un mejor entrenamiento y velar porque el personal conozca sus productos. En general es un lugar muy bonito con muchos detalles ; me gustó mucho .

Pros- great food & service. Location at mall made it a safe place Cons-too expensive (especially drink prices too high). Worst part was that Air-conditioning was not cooling the restaurant down enough. Too hot! Lastly we all felt the food portions were small and were not accompanied with rice and beans. $17+ for 3 tacos is too expensive

I was extremely disappointed. The chips and salsa brought out was for maybe 1 person not 3 or more. The basket of chips looked like they were the end of a bag, all crushed small chips, and tasted stale. The meal was ok. Nothing to write home about. The fish tacos were not the best in taste. The cod used was breaded and it was a large piece but the ration to the slaw is the taco was not at all balanced. The flour tortilla also tasted a bit crunchy not soft. Which made me think it was a little past it's prime. I was very disappointed to be honest. I had high expectations I supposed.

I was excited to dine here but the service was extremely slow and there were not many people dining. The sangria tasted watered down and the Birria tacos are not fried in the Birria meat sauce/oil like Birria tacos are suppose to be made so beware before ordering them. Beautiful place but that is about all that it is.

We were ready to walk out after 15 minutes of waiting with nobody coming to our table. Finally someone came. Prices were shockingly high, noise level was such that we could not hold a normal conversation at our table, service was slow. We were a group of 4, our dishes did not all come at the same time, which indicates poor management. The food was good.

The drinks had very little alcohol, all we tasted was the chasers, which is disappointing when ordering a drink. ESPECIALLY at a Latino spot. Food was amazing though! So overall, good experience.

When we showed up for our reservation, we weren't even asked if we had a reservation - they were just ready to find us a table. Not a good sign to start. The decor is beautiful! But it is "open air" inside a mall. The noise of the shopping area was a lot, and did not add anything good to the experience. It took a WHILE to even get our server to our table, we were apologized to for the wait. We were never really greeted or even asked if we'd been there before. We were immediately asked if we were ready to order. We did ask for water with our drinks, and our server took a bit to show up with a couple of glasses & a bottle of water to do it all ourselves. Our drinks took a very long time to get to us. Our food came out pretty quickly. We got an app of the chips & queso. The queso was baked, which was great, but very difficult to get into. The street tacos we got were fine. There was music sporadically playing that helped the ambiance - but only while it played. TVs were up & around, but most weren't working. But the large table next to us, who had been there with food before we were sat, apparently had a birthday. OOF! The LOUD noise makers & tambourines that came out with the singing were very overstimulating with all the other noise already happening. We maybe had our server stop by our table one time to see if every thing was ok. After we finished, we waited a WHILE before our server returned. Never asked how it was, never asked if we wanted dessert, only greeted with, "Ready?" Went ahead & paid for the meal. Things were confusing as to whether to tip or not due to the 18% service charge automatically added to the bill. We went a head & tipped. This was not worth the nearly $100 spent on the food & experience. On our way out, we were only told to have a good evening, never wished our time there was well or to even invite us back soon. Which is fine. We will absolutely not be back.

Cinco De Mayo! The live music was exciting and the aesthetic is definitely there. The service was probably the best thing for me. Everyone was so sweet! The food wasn’t my favorite but they had a limited menu For the holiday so I get it! I’ll def be back. Those mojitos were perfect.
