Voting for exceptional is counter intuitive but the whole exerience is VG Plus. The designers have made the most of the space, its high ceiling and tall windows. A gem in a city scape.

Had smashed avocado with salsa for brunch and only thing that spoiled it was that the toast was burnt in places and especially around the edges. The salsa was very tasty though. My friend had the full breakfast which was good value for the price. An orange juice, a coffea and a berry burst tea rounded things off nicely. The brunch menu could do with a few more veggie things as if you don't care for eggs like me then its limited. Nice surroundings and good cheerful service.

Great atmosphere and good food with friendly staff. Lovely place to have a relaxing evening. One small point like many other restaurants they didn’t know what soup of the day was which is a basic. Highly recommend this restaurant for a good evening.

We were a smaller group than expected but were still welcomed warmly and still had the quiet area we requested. Food was excellent and very well priced and service was great. Wine was on the expensive side but cheaper options were still good. We will visit again

Think the place is an excellent place to eat and enjoy the company of friends, Have not been in the evening but lunches are certainly very good. Staff are friendly and helpful

Food was fine but warm not hot …. veg ( red cabbage) was cold and when I mentioned this to waitress she said she would let the kitchen know…… not take further Would go back but not rush……

We ate brunch. Scottish breakfast was decent although eggs overdone. Avocado on sourdough was poor, very small portions and overwhelmed by salsa. Pancakes were dreadful. Cold, not fresh and gave the impression of coming from a supermarket packet, then drowned in berry compote. I wouldn’t recommend for brunch.
