Canon Large Party Experience

For parties of 8 or more, we offer a Large Party Prix Fixe menu: a multi-course, family-style experience which features dishes from our seasonal menu, and is the best way to dine at Canon with a larger group. This menu is priced at $72 per person (not including gratuity, tax, dessert or beverages) and the entire party must be included. Where possible, we will accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies, and of course, you are welcome to add on extra dishes from our dinner menu.

Delicious food and surprising portion sizes. We got great advice on how to navigate the menu and accommodate my allergy. The cocktails were delicious and unique. Most importantly, the dessert had a liquor pairing that put it over the top. Great place for a date night.

The food is inventive with flavor combinations I would not have thought of, and techniques I would not try, at home. The nixtamalized squash (seasonal for fall/early winter) was and amazing combination of sweet and savory! The short ribs were perfectly tender and nicely seasoned thought a bit too salty and with some excessive fat that was inedible. Our server suggested a wine pairing that was just right with the food. Because all plates are served family style, I'd say this is a good place to go with a group of 4 or more so that you can try more dishes to mix and match flavors. We ordered 3 dishes for two people and could not finish it all. We did not have room for dessert, but the menu looked appetizing! Maybe next time...

We spent $500 plus tip for three of us. The restaurant was so loud that our server had to lean over the table to communicate with us. The food was good, but not outstanding. At the end we were given to go boxes so we could pack up our leftovers ourselves. Not the service I expected.

Food was fantastic. Our server was very helpful in guiding us through the menu and made wonderful suggestions. Felt like the prices were very fair for the quality of the food prepared.

First time here. Celebrated my wife’s birthday. Hands down the best food we’ve had in a while and the service was great. We will definitely be back.
