Our fam of 4 requested outside seating and expectation was met. Service was impeccable! We were always promptly served and checked on — questions were happily answered and added info given without inquiry! IAN was too notch! Manager also came over to introduce himself and check on our contentment with meal. Food was delicious. Loved the Kampachi done warayaki style. The corn ribs are a must! The Nikko cocktail drink was delicious and refreshing. The Goose dirty martinis gave option for blue cheese olives and it was off the hook! Coffee Semifreddo was like nothing we’d tried and with the banana side flavor …made it a must! Cost here is $$$$$ but if you’re looking for a memorable and special dining experience while on Island— this fits the bill!

"I recently had the pleasure of dining at Canoe and was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service, exquisite cuisine, and warm ambiance. From the moment we walked in, the staff were attentive and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The menu offered a diverse range of options, and the dishes we ordered were expertly prepared and presented. The flavors were bold and innovative, and each bite was a delight. Overall, I highly recommend Canoe for a truly unforgettable dining experience. 5/5 stars!"

Service was exceptional. Food quality great after two bad experiences eating u cooked fish and meat at Brown’s. This is what I expect from resort restaurants.

Food was very good and one expects that there will be a premium paid on food in Hawaii but this was over the top…$87 for 8oz filet, $32 for garlic fried rice side dish, $18 for kids chicken fingers…it was a bit ridiculous.

The Canoe House has outstanding food and service paired with the perfect setting. It is the ideal location for creating special memories. In our most recent dining experience, our server Ian was very attentive to my boyfriend’s allergy and went the extra mile to offer many alternatives. He gave us exceptional service. I highly recommend the Canoe House.

Our second visit to Canoe House was excellent, as was the first. The radish salad, corn ribs and whole lobster were all unique and richly flavored. The pacific coast ambiance is delightful. Don’t come hungry. This restaurant is expensive even by Hawaii standards, so we ordered only a few shared dishes.

Canoe House is a special place. The food is truly remarkable. The setting is gorgeous. Our server Dean was outstanding. He really helped make the experience special. He knows the menu and all the ingredients in great detail and was flexible in the way we ordered - allowing is to get half orders of various dishes so that we could create interesting combos. The restaurant is very expensive without a doubt. But they deliver in every way.
