    Had such a fantastic experience the food was absolutely delicious and always tastes delightful. Myself and my three other guests thoroughly enjoyed our meal out for a birthday treat. The staff were all so pleasant and friendly plus extremely helpful and very accommodating for the needs of two of our guests who had disabilities. The Caffe Concerto has such a huge menu with lots of tasty food to accommodate for all and such a wonderful range of drinks there was so much choice you definitely couldn't go wrong. The value for your meal is good but they do add on a discretionary service charge which I think should be optional.

    I ordered a luxury tea set for one person, it cost £30. However, the cakes for tea set was less than the menu photo showed. I am afraid I was ripped off.

    I have started to find Cafe Concerto a Middle Eastern haven. The prices are extortionate and albeit the food is great, it’s so over priced. The trafalfar square locations are far more luxurious but the Bond Street located restaurant was packing people in like a meat market. They even let one guy smoke so I felt like I was back in the 90s. It was disgusting and the waiter just shrugged his shoulders when we asked if it was allowed and didn’t help. We had to ask twice for our drinks and we could see the waiter cutting the cake and wobbling it on our plates with no gloves on so that was gross too. They had the audacity to charge 12.5% service fee which doesn’t go to the waiters but lines the managers pockets more so we asked to take that off and the waiter asked why which is very rude. For a location like Bond Street I expected polite and helpful waiters not rude and surley and slow service when it wasn’t full. We had a tea and a cake each and the bill was £37.50. Ridiculous.

    Utterly disappointing experience. We had an Afternoon Tea voucher from Groupon. None of the staff could understand us. The table was dirty and there was no cutlery on the table. Food arrived and waitress just left before we had a change to ask for cutlery. No one checked up with us if the food was ok or if we needed more drinks.

    Very disappointed. Booking was not acknowledged upon arrival. Half hour elapsed between getting tea served and receiving the afternoon tea food. Because of this and the fact they only supply one small pot of tea, we had drunk it by the time the food arrived but when you ask for more you are charged for it. We have never been charged for tea 'top-ups' at any other afternoon tea establishment. Very busy and therefore very noisy and even though a fair number of staff the service was terrible which resulted in a number of people walking out. In fact the staff tried to clear our plates before we had even started on our cakes.

    Very cold so keep your coats on! The front door is constantly open. We thought we were going to experience a cosy afternoon tea but the upstairs room is closed. The waiter wanted to serve our Prosecco in red wine glasses and the Prosecco was not cold enough. Also it seems it doesn't matter if you book in advance or not as they never check your reservation and give you a random table (I booked twice recently). The food is really good though and staff friendly.
