Can't say enough great things about this restaurant. i wanted to give it 5 stars but that's tough to do living in Tri State Area. We went on. Sunday afternoon @ 430 so it was quiet. Ceasar was outstanding (very fresh) and shrimp carbonara was fantastic (and food came out hot) Servers were patient and extremely attentive The calamari was cooked perfectly as well (not to over fried) The desserts (chocolate soufflé) was delicious ! Loved the place would it really closer to 4 1/2 stars. Can't wait to go back... and BYOB w/ great wine glasses 🙌

Horrible service — we had the ask them to give us menus and then to take our order. Gave us burrata but forgot the bread. Brought out our pasta dishes but we didn’t have silverware. Food was not good. Scallop appetizer tasted burnt and everything otherwise was overpriced and bland.

We were very disappointed to pay $27.00 for 5 tiny raviolis - my son and husband ordered them and they left hungry. food was average at best

Excellent upscale, authentic Italian food and service in a pleasant, casual atmosphere. The jazz in the background is a nice touch that I always appreciate.

Had an absolute wonderful meal at Caffe Buon Gusto last night. Went with four work colleagues and just stumbled upon this place on OpenTable. The owner was their and curated a perfect family style meal for us. It was plentiful, tasty, and a wonderful experience. We had great service and a really good time. Wouldn go again in a heartbeat. They made us feel like colleagues.

The food was alright. We specifically asked whether the pasta I was getting was vegetarian and the server said it was. It tasted fishy and it ended up having anchovy paste, which unfortunately I’m allergic to. I ended up ordering a different pasta and the anchovy pasta was wasted. We expected to be compensated in some way for the error but were not. The ambience was nice.

was charged $30 for plain pasta with oil and broccoli. There was a total of 5 pieces of broccoli. no salt. no cheese. no nothing. yet $30.

This is such a hidden gem. If you haven’t been this is your sign to go today. Food is incredible. The service is amazing. And like no where else in Hudson county they give you chocolate covered strawberries to finish your meal which is a beautiful touch.
