El Café Spice Namaste es una institución culinaria y el famoso restaurante indio de Cyrus y Pervin Todiwala, ubicado a pocos pasos de la Torre de Londres. COMING TO CAFÉ SPICE NAMASTÉ FROM GALLIONS REACH DLR STATION As you exit the station, turn left at Co-Op walk up to the traffic lights turn right on to Gallions Road. Turn left on to Wallis Walk and right on to Shackleton Way then immediate right towards car park on to Hudson Way. You will see a footbridge at the front. We are exactly across the bridge. The walk should take approximately 4-5 minutes. The Elizabeth Line is now open, making West London feel a lot closer to the Royal Docks. Getting off at Custom House and taking the DLR to Gallions Reach can take between 20 and 40 minutes, depending on where you board. Cyrus Todiwala, the renowned chef, author, and broadcaster, is hosting a dinner at Cafe Spice Namaste in London’s Docklands to raise funds as part of the 2025 Lord Mayor’s Big Curry Lunch. The funds raised will support veterans of His Majesty’s Armed Forces in finding employment. Cyrus, along with Michelin-starred chef Daniel Galmiche and chef Gary Hunter, will prepare a multi-course feast featuring their favourites, accompanied by outstanding wines from Portugal. Limited seats are available, and tickets are just £95, which includes a bubbly reception and dinner with wines. Other drinks and service charges are not included.

Mi pareja y yo elegimos este restaurante por la cercanía al hotel al que llegamos a Londres, pero si fue una decepción, a favor puedo decir que la atención y el lugar son adecuados; sin embargo el sabor y calidad de alimentos no fueron de nuestro agrado.

We had a great experience at Cafe Spice. The service was very personal and friendly with recommendations provided on the menu items. Food was delivered quite quickly and more dishes could be ordered as needed. Some items were a little different to the traditional presentation - e.g. chicken tikka was not the typical cubes of chicken in a very orange hue. Cyrus was coordinating things in the kitchen and took time to come and chat with all diners towards the end of the evening.

Was looking forward to coming here after finding out they had reopened. Had previously enjoyed dining there when it was in Aldgate. Unfortunately the place seems to have taken a turn for the worse. The menu is tapas-style now. Dishes are still tasty but some of the higher priced sharing bowls are not even enough for 1 let alone 2. They won’t do a plain naan, only garlic or peshwari. The fact they refused made it feel like the naan is pre-made and not fresh. And the garlic naan is so garlicky it overpowers anything you eat with it. The home made kulfi was the saving grace. Would go back just for that. Parking is a nightmare. You have to park in specific spaces, go inside and get a parking permit, go back out and put it in the car. If those spaces are full and you drove there, you might as well turn around and go home or expect a hefty fine.

An absolute treat for you tastebuds Service we excellent, I am on a low salt diet and they bent over backwards to accommodate me. It was also a pleasure to meet Cyrus and his lovely wife Pervin who made us feel totally at home. An incredible experience that I would recommend everyone to try. We will definitely be going back

What a lovely place to come to eat, food was great, service excellent with a very warming family feel. Location was great too and you are just under where the planes come in to land, strangely you couldnt hear them at all until you saw one come past you head. Definately coming back again to try the dishes I didnt get to try because I was so stuffed I could hardly move after. Well done guys for creating such a good place to eat excellent food for whatever occasion. Nick

Quality food, with huge authentic flavours from an awarding chef. If you are looking for something slightly different in a welcoming atmosphere, where the food is served at an elevated level but reasonably priced - this is for you. Mr T was in the restaurant and talking to his customers as was Mrs T , so they are hands on not just a name above the door. It is a new venue but not far out of London and very well worth the trip.

Amazing food. So flavoursome and tasty. The pork vindaloo is to die for. This in not your normal 'Indian' it is so so much better. Staff were nice, friendly and attentive. I can't wait to return
