We were shocked that the wonderful Italian menu has been changed to tapas and Mediterranean. It was totally disappointing. It was noisy and we will never go back again.

Although the service, food and entertainment were great, my complaint lies with the number of staff available to assist all the customers at the restaurant. Two waiters working the restaurant just couldn't handle the volume of people waiting to be served. Not knowing who was in the kitchen it may also be a problem of not having enough chefs. I was very satisfied with our waiter and the food when it finally arrived.

Wake up Wyndham Hotel!!! The restaurants (the burger joint too) fall substantially below the standard of acceptable service and quality. I had to walk through the burger restaurant twice just to get service at my table. At Cafe Med, the food was seasoned very poorly and the restaurant would not provide a slice of bread from a baguette which they serve with other dishes. They brought sliced white bread (at a Mediterranean restaurant). Cafe Med is a disgrace to the Mediterranean and to Deerfield Beach. Chef Lilli, what are you running?

Went to this place based on their online menu, we got there and found out it had been changed weeks ago. I should have left at that point but stuck it out. What kind of place would not keep their web site updated? A place that has no leadership! It was bad, I'll go back.

This resturant is advertised as Italian in the website. When we got there it was Spanish. Two of us ordered steak Med Well. It came out slightly seared on the outside and raw not rare but raw on the inside, sent it back and this time a little better than raw, also it was covered with salty brown gravy from a can. The appetizers were ok, the entrees were terrible. Needless to say 3 of us had sour stomachs the next day.

Bills itself as an Italian restaurant but changed owners and no longer Italian. Website not changed.

We've been to Cafe Med many times and have always enjoyed the experience. It's perfectly located facing the ocean with great people-watching opportunities. We decided to go for Valentine's Day dinner, expecting the usual wonderful fare. Unfortunately they decided to change the menu - though this was not made obvious when making the reservations - and none of our past favorites were available. We ordered the Veal and the Lamb. The lamb fatty and the veal was tough. It's my hope that they revise the menu and bring back some of the great dishes from the past.
