The Café Brio, located in Victoria, has been a local favorite for twenty six years, serving up a rustic, Italian inspired menu. Focusing on regional products, Café Brio led by multi awarded Chef Sam Harris selects the highest quality ingredients from local sources to be used in authentic, creative dishes.

At Café Brio, everything is prepared in house. Pasta favorites include gnocchi with roasted leeks, parmesan cream and basil purée, Spaghettini with tomato, garlic, basil, olive oil and parmigiano and also our wild mushroom risotto. From the Sea enjoy seared scallops with peroxides, delicata squash, carmelo and bacon anchovy vinaigrette or our local fish feature. Lastly the Parry Bay Lamb feature from our friends out in Metchosin is an absolute must.

The wine list is extensive with input from multiple Sommeliers on staff always excited to share their new favourite bottle in our unique and cozy dining room.

Every course was delicious. We sampled several entrees amongst the table and had a great time doing so. Wish we lived closer to be able to return frequently.

Amazing choices that makes it difficult to choose. Beet salad, risotto, Northern Gold ribeye were all outstanding. Only distraction was the noise level. Suggest the add some sound suppression. Oh, seared scallops, rabbit terrine, and the sticky taffy date pudding were also excellent.

Not enough staff, servers having to bus tables.Dinner took over two hours but not in a leisurely well paced way. Nice that half orders are available -

Having recently moved to Victoria, this was our first visit to your establishment. With the possible exception of would have loved a little more Christmas decor 😜🎄, we loved everything. Our starters, drinks, & mains were all delicious - and your staff across the board, a pleasure to interact with. We will most certainly be back!
