The original Caddy’s, located on the beautiful Sunset Beach, Treasure Island, Florida. This is our flagship location with its own private beach looking out on the Gulf of Mexico.

Known for our picture-perfect beach, daily live music, our infamous BBQ and amazing sunsets. Whether you are a local or just visiting the area, Caddy’s Treasure Island is the perfect stop for you.

We offer complimentary chairs and umbrellas for our guests. Relax and strech on the beach with complimentary yoga three days a week. We have live music everyday! Check out our events calendar or Facebook page and see what’s coming up at the beach.

Caddy’s Treasure Island is proud to be apart of the “No Straw” movement to help protect our beaches.

We enjoy working with the local community at Caddy’s, a few of our favorite partners are The Ronald McDonald House, Susan G. Komen, and The St. Anthony’s Triathlon.

Maybe we were distracted by the 6’ storm surge from Hurricane Helene, but it made it difficult to enjoy the meal that evening. The staff was extremely distracted and nervous because of the 70 mph howling winds and the storm surge which kept rushing up against our feet. It also was nerve racking dodging the building fragments flying through the air.

I cannot believe this place has as many good reviews as it does. It was really awful. The service was good, I'll give them that. The food and ambiance was awful. We had a reservation but they had no idea where to put us when we got there. It was either 6 people crammed into a 4 top or a filthy dirty table where half the party was sitting on a sloped floor. The reservation was mostly pointless. The atmosphere was utterly chaotic. The menu looked great but the reality was very different. Their rice was disgusting. It is not fluffy cilantro lime rice but some dry, disgusting mess. The vegetables were awful. Absolutely zero seasoning and swimming in water. Just gross. The pulled pork was dry as a bone. This is NOT some great bbq restaurant as I've seen claimed. It's a young persons drunk fest and a spot for middle aged men just waiting for some 20-something to get wasted and make a series of bad decisions. Just all around gross and a gigantic waste of money. Not a good spot for families. The audacity of this place to charge the prices they do for absolutely crap food. They should be embarrassed.

The views were absolutely stunning, but with the rain it didn’t allow us to enjoy the view the whole meal. Food was good and the mahi tacos were delicious

Highly recommend! Right on the beach to see the sunset..chicken ranch wrap and fries were delicious! Warm and friendly staff.

Great beach location. Don't get the kettle chips as a side. Worst ones ever. Tasted stale and had no seasoning or salt. The grouper sandwich was very good. The drinks were ok.
