Excellent new french restaurant! There are few in SF but this one is a winner. Each of the four dishes we ate were perfectly prepared, fresh, flavorful and substantial. We will be back soon.

Selfishly, I hope this place doesn’t catch on because I want it all to myself. But it’s too good not too. The brunch was spectacular (for my party, it was the spinach risotto, the beetroot ceviche, and the buckwheat crepe), and the wine paring was perfect. If you care to ask, the owner will fill you in on the craftsmanship and inspiration behind your dish, much of which is rooted in French cuisine. Appropriately, the food and the vibe was light but substantial: Caché helped us all to feel brightened and invigorated at the beginning of the day, which in my opinion is exactly how brunch should make you feel. The service was great as well, and I was especially glad to learn that much of the staff are members of the local community. The owner, Floran, has truly cultivated an elevated experience in the service, the fare, and the ambiance. I hope that Caché becomes a fixture in the Inner Sunset for years and years to come.

Our appetizers came out at the same time as our meal. Server really needs more training. He never checked in on us, including whether or not we wanted more drinks. He also recommended the salad appetizer, which was the same flavor profile as the salad that came with our main meal. Iceberg lettuce on the salad was wilted. Eggs Benedict with bacon was good, but nothing memorable.

My husband and I were keen on trying this new French restaurant. We enjoyed the quiet environment and the nice decor of the place. We ordered croque-monsieur, profiteroles, and pistachio crème brûlée. Unfortunately we both got sick. Something must have triggered our digestive “discomfort”.

We had a lovely experience at Caché! The food was simple but very delicious and flavorful. We ordered the Guilty Pleasure, bacon benedict, and buckwheat crepe. We also had a cappuccino and house made hot chocolate. The hot chocolate was really delicious - light yet with a ton of flavor. The service was really great and attentive. Highly recommend this new neighborhood gem!
