As a bit of a family tradition, I brought my 2nd daughter here, eleven years after my first! And we were lucky to have our favorite server, #theTroublemaker to help us and make quality suggestions from the menu. Even the persons who served our water and coffee were knowledgeable professionals. I ended up purchasing two bags of gifts from the gift store, because the chocolate and service were of such high quality! The Year of the Snake marketing is clever, and we actually decorate our shelves with Mariebelle tins and containers because the branding is so attractive. Only Chardon Bleu in France comes even close, with Mariebelle as the absolute best in the world. Thank you so much, merci, grazzie, and Gracias for a world class, chocolatier experience!

The chocolate was really good. Had the hot chocolate with the Aztec chocolate and molten lava cake. Both delicious. Purchased hit chocolate for my son and mom plus a 20oz tin to go. Bill was over $100 so it’s pricey but the service was great and ambiance quaint. Would go again for a special occasion.

What a fun experience! The hot chocolate was delish - favorite was the hazelnut. The scone trio was so good and probably the best I have ever had, very moist. The clotted cream - nom! The highlight - the service was phenomenal! Truly the best! I think he called himself troublemaker - but was far from it. I highly recommend going - it was awesome!

Everything was perfect. Ambience stunning and service was on point and entertaining. Always nice to have servers that pay extra attention and have exceptional personality. Trouble maker Johnny was theeeee best. You can tell he loves his job and he elevated our experience.

This is an absolute gem! The magical setting and calming atmosphere make it the perfect spot to unwind. The hot chocolate is rich and indulgent—truly perfection in a cup. Pair that with excellent service, and it’s an experience I can’t recommend enough!
