We booked for 5.30. Arriving at 5.15. We ordered food at 5.20 as we were going to the show at 7pm. We ordered 3 share plates. Unfortunately they were under staffed and our food didn’t come out until 6.40. We couldn’t eat all the food as we needed to be seated for show. The food was really nice and it is a lovely setting in the cabana lounge. Management just need to manage staff levels so the staff working aren’t under so much pressure.

We attended on 14th Feb and expecting to have a nice relaxing dinner before attending the Show. Having arrived at 5pm we ordered our meals shortly after and believe we were first to order. An hour later we still did not have our meals. Also there was not enough Bar staff to meet the demand of patrons. We where told that the delay was due to there only being one chef on duty, if that is true I question management on that choice on Valentine’s Day as obviously the Cabana Lounge was full and the club itself was packed full of people. A disappointing experience, we normally just eat at Frenzy and have never had this issue but this time we thought to try the Cabana Lounge and have been very unhappy with the experience.

Great place to sit down and have fantastic cocktails and they also have a great casual menu for eats. The lounges were comfy. Service great but food took a bit long coming out but it was busy in the main area of Sharks, so we understood. All up highly recommend this bar for drinks and just relaxing and have a chat with friends.

I booked for my birthday. A couple of times during the evening, glasses were cleared from our table without the drink being finished. I understand that a gin or vodka based drink can easily be mistaken for melted ice. The first time the drink was cleared, we gave the benefit of the doubt but after the second time, one of my friends approached the bar to bring this to their attention and spoke to a woman with a very long brown ponytail. I am not sure what was said back and forth, but she went beserk, screaming at him hysterically, loud enough so everyone looked over at her. She was leaning over the bar, actually screaming in his face. Other bar staff were trying to calm her down, and the situation ended when my friend walked away from the bar,,came and sat back down and suggested we buy our drinks from our in the main bar in the Sharks club from now on.. I don't know what was said, and obviously the conversation escalated at some point. She stormed out of the bar, slamming something behind her, still yelling as she was walking out. When she walked back in a very short while later, she was glaring at all of us.. After this, we decided my birthday celebration was well and truly ruined and overshadowed by this experience, so we all left and went home at 9.30pm. On a positive note, the team member behind the bar with the red pigtails was lovely. As we all know, the customer is not always right and no doubt my friend and this woman had some stem words for each other, but she could have handled the situation a lot better than she did. If she felt she was losing her temper to that extent, she could have walked away or asked a colleague to deal with it. Very disturbing.

the food was excellent, we had 4 different platters and didn't have one bad dish. The gluten free choices were also really tasty. Really good value for money Once inside the Cabana lounge its easy to forget that its part of the Sharks club

I love the vibe of the cabana bar. Great live DJ. The food was good but not the churros and one of our orders didn’t get delivered until we reminded them and then it took a while but will definitely visit again. It’s great that the Sharks club allows for you to get food from other areas too in case guests aren’t happy with the cabana menu. We had one guest get some hot chips from the other cafe and bring them into the cabana which was really good. It is an open space so no air con so it was warm when we visited but after our time at cabana we were able to go to the sharks area to cool off.
