The Butchershop Bar and Grill es uno de los lugares más modernos para comer y beber en Glasgow. Overall just was not a great experience. It was me and my partners first time there and we didn’t enjoy it at all. There was no flavoured gin and only 2 options of rose wine and the one I was recommended was not nice at all. The starters was great but the main was nothing special. The chips portion came so small. The onion rings were just lumps of onion in a thick batter that was very oily. The mac n cheese was dried out. The steak was asked to be cooked medium and it came more rare and the quality of meat was not great. I never complain about a restaurant it’s not like me at all but I was extremely disappointed as this is a popular steak restaurant that has been recommended time and time again. I did not have the heart to complain as our waiter was great he was so happy and bubbly and done fab. I’m sure his name is Fraser. Me and my partner left feeling hungry as the portions were too small and I’m not a huge eater and even I felt hungry afterwards. Overall I’m just disappointed and the meal was not cheap by any means. It was very overpriced for what we got. This is my opinion on my experience.

Had a lovely evening food was good but should have been excellent. Service was spot on and not intrusive !!! Will be back…..

Nice restaurant,food excellent, althought ordered steaks medium came and I would say it was rare, service excellent. All in all a very good experience.

5 star food and 5 star service. We were there for a family birthday and were very well looked after from the minute we arrived until we left. Lots of great little touches of good service. The rib eye steak was probably the nicest steak I’ve ever tasted.

Went on a week day lunchtime so it was quite quiet and what an amazing meal we had. Everything was absolutely 10 out of 10. Steaks were incredible and the sides and deserts were prepared with the same effort. Service was friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend.
