Burnt End BBQ Crown Center is excited to be a part of the downtown community. With our head pit master, Smokey Schwartz, leading our team you can expect the best BBQ experience in Kansas City. Smokey has been doing Kansas City style BBQ for over 20 years.

From unique combinations in our signature bowls to build your own platters, every guest will find something to love. We even have an amazing vegan bowl that features BBQ Tofu. Make sure to try our fried cornbread croutons with house made honey butter. Be careful, they are addictive!

We also offer a full bar so you can pair up a local craft brew, a glass of wine or a signature cocktail with your meal. Love sports? We've got that covered too with TV's within view of any seat in the house.

Food was good but didn’t blow me away. Server was not knowledgeable about beers on tap and brought out wrong beer (drank it anyway, not a major deal) Ambiance is very nice to

Our server was very attentive, sometimes too much so but better than being ignored. The food was served quickly after ordering. But, I was a little taken aback that a bbq restaurant was out of brisket. Overall, a good experience.

The servers were great, very personable, even on a busy Saturday night. The portions were less great. I ordered a half chicken platter and only got a leg and thigh. Burnt end portions were small too! Good flavor not good value.

This was my first visit to Burnt Ends restaurant. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The seating was spaced out and comfortable. And the food was reasonably priced and delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant. I appreciate great food and service which is why l will return.

We were surprised that the restaurant wasn't busy with restaurant week going on. The food was great and the service was quick!

They Obviously seemed Short staffed so our waitress had a lot to occupy at one time. The manager brought out our food and we noticed my friend got the wrong meat on her plate and when we asked for the correct meat the manager did not handle the situation maturely, he instead acted annoyed, snatched the tray back, and took it back to the kitchen without saying a word… very unprofessional. Food was also not hot when it came out and our bar drinks were “dead” when brought to the table. It wasn’t an awful experience I’m just in no hurry at all to return.
