   Promptly seated at the time if our reservation. Server was courteous and the food came out quickly. Calamari, pizza, and pesto sauced gnocchi were good. Lasagna bolognese was not great- bland with an overly sweet bolognese. Canolis were just ok.

   Birthday dinner. Pasta dishes are great. Meatballs needed salt/flavor. All in all we had fun.

   This is a great authentic Italian restaurant and would suggest to try a variety of everything from the homemade pastas to the authentic pizzas - you will be happy!

   Great service, great value, lively atmosphere and all their food is so good! I know it’s a chain, but it feels like an authentic rustic Italian trattoria. And their pizzas are amazing, starting with their delicious pizza crust and the variety of toppings (get a few and share, there are so many good ones!)! Their salads are fresh, all the produce is so flavorful! The focaccia bread appetizer (get it with garlic!) is great, eggplant and chicken Parmesan are both so good and don’t forget the desserts (affogato and tiramisu, yum!)! Wine list is definitely worth exploring too. It’s simple, down-to-earth, authentic cuisine, which fits perfectly with San Clemente’s surf/beach town vibe! Reserve a table for your family and friends, you won’t be disappointed! Buonissima forchetta!!! 😋

   Every time we come here we have an excellent meal! The service is unbelievable, quick delivery of food and the most incredible accommodating staff and service. Top notch five star in my book. Love the food love the people, but it is a little bit noisy if you're looking for an intimate meal. They do have outdoor seating, which would be much quieter. This is my favorite go to Italian place to eat.

   We often times tried to get into this restaurant in Encinitas but never made it. So, here we are in San Clemente. What a great add to the dining scene in Orange County. Everything was terrific. Chicken Parm (had to try the family recipe) was great. My wife created a pasta dish with shrimp and Pesto...also wonderful. The Calamari was lightly breaded and flavorful. All that with a nice Italian wine. We will go back and try the pizzas which looked great. And there are so many other entrees.

   We had salad, 2 Pasta’s and a pizza. Yum, yum all delicious. We splurged on desert and got tiramisu and lemon gelato. So delicious!! We will be back.

   The food is phenomenal at a good price point. Authentic atmosphere. We’re able to accommodate our party on short notice.
