Bungalow Downtown Dining is a collection of intimate spaces with multiple dining areas offering a host of options tailored to our guests' specific needs. Guests can choose from a vibrant and high energy bar that features a variety of luxurious libations, a beautiful dining room with gold accents and plush velvets booths, multiple private dining spaces as well as our state of the art roof top patio with downtown views. Bungalow's menus offers numerous options to suit almost any dining experience or preference. Our steaks are offered in small and large cuts, and side dishes are designed to please everyone at the table. El mesero fue amable pero demasiado maleducado ala vez ni dejaba que termináramos tranquilamente se llevaba todo de la mesa solo faltaba que me sacara la comida de la boca el piso del lugar estaba mojado casi me caigo y éramos cuatro personas y el mesero se puso la propina como que heramos 6 o más de 6 personas en fin ni volvería los precios de la comida demasiado elvados para la calidad ella pidió una porción de carne que supuestamente era 16 onzas cuando en raalidad de se miraba de menos tamaño con un valor de 75 dólares aparte el side y cuando la aprobé estaba lleno de pellejo que ni me la pude tragar en fin no me gustó y no lo recomendaría a nadie

The food was FANTASTIC. BUT was the service and food $300 FANTASTIC??? Unfortunately, no. The service was really slow and it took a long time to receive attention throughout the meal. The food did taste great. There was only two of us. One alcoholic drink, one appetizer, two entrees.

Disappointing Experience at Bungalow I decided to visit Bungalow based on glowing recommendations from word of mouth and social media reviews. Excited to try it out, I made a reservation in advance, but when I arrived, I had to wait approximately 45 minutes to be seated because the restaurant was overbooked. This set the tone for a frustrating evening. I had also heard about complimentary champagne for guests, but none was offered to me or my party. Once seated, we were assigned a waiter and a waiter in training, who was allowed to take the lead. While I understand the importance of training new staff, our experience was affected as our main waiter had to correct the trainee several times, which disrupted the flow of service. The atmosphere was loud and chaotic, which detracted from what I expected to be an elevated dining experience. For a restaurant with such a high price point, the overall experience fell far below expectations. Despite spending $300 for the evening, I felt cheated. The food was undeniably great, but the service and ambiance did not justify the cost. Given the delays, lack of the promised complimentary items, and a generally underwhelming experience, I would have expected some sort of compensation or acknowledgment from the restaurant. Unfortunately, Bungalow did not live up to the hype, and I left feeling cheated.

99% of us didn’t enjoy the food. We all should’ve ordered entrees and not happy hour menu. Drinks were ok. Definitely overpriced! The server was amazing and she made everything palatable.

Our server was awesome. The food took forever and when it came out it was lukewarm. The bathrooms were awful. No toilet paper in any stall. My friend bragged about this place and I came all the way from California to try it. Highly disappointed especially considering the price tag.

As soon as we enter we are greeted with champagne and friendly staff. They take our picture for us and we are seated right away. Our server was absolutely fantastic and the food was on another level! A true flavor party, steak, chicken and lobster was all top tier along with some sides we ordered. Next time we’re in town we will be stopping by again!!!
