Our first time to BBH. Excellent food. Innovative small plates. Light, fresh and interesting flavor combinations. Excellent cocktail menu with some unique options. Service was a bit slow but the atmosphere was comfortable!

Food was not worth the price. Service was sporadic, but that seemed out of the control of the staff working to give them credit. The tables are way to close to each other for conversations

The building is absolutely stunning! The food was okay and the service was below average. It may be better to visit for drinks only versus food.

The small plates food was amazing. The service was very good. The only complaint was the bourbon prices online were more reasonable than the prices charged in person. They did adjust the prices so were very fair about it!

According to a very rude person behind the bar they no longer use open table. She then told me to sit wherever. Not possible bc no clean tables. Four people behind the Bar and people were still waiting 20m for their check.

Amanda, Thank you for your feedback. In an effort to avoid such disappointing experiences, we have had OpenTable turned off for a few months as we transitioned management. Recently, OpenTable was turned back on and this was not communicated well enough to the entirety of our staff. Regardless, you should have received a welcoming greeting and prompt service. We missed the mark. Please reach out, as we would love to have you back for another try.

Not a great place. It may be a decent hotel bar....but as far as a go to restaurant....No....go someplace else. It is located in the Residence Inn so it serves its purpose....but not a destination for food. That night they had a wedding going on behind the bar/restaurant and the music and DJ were so loud it was annoying. (open ceiling from the wedding area to the bar area so all the sound just poured out into the bar.

Such a great place to gather with friends. We had a great time and our server was excellent. Great choices in cocktails, wine & beer. We will definitely be back!

This was the absolute worse service I’ve had. I had a reservation for 4:30pm and when I arrived for my reservation, it was really loud music playing. I was told it was a wedding going on and the kitchen wouldn’t be open until 6pm. I’m so frustrated and upset due to they should’ve blocked their reservation list until then.

We are very disappointed to hear of your experience. This isn't anywhere near our standards of service. There was supposed to be a block during that time. This, in no way is an excuse for the experience you had. We take our guest's feedback and experience seriously. Corrections to service and overall communication with our guests are actively being addressed. We do hope you give us the opportunity to show you a great experience at BBH. Took a hr to get our appetizers then another 30mins to get dinner. Server was good and consistent with making sure our drinks stayed full.

It was horrible! They should consider drug testing their employees! The hostess was nice and was able to move us from a couch to a table. The two servers we had were horrible no idea what drinks we were asking for and came back to ask again! They did not even have Weller special reserve! We did not eat cause they didn’t come back or even ask if we wanted food. After the service and drinks we left and ate some where else! Save your money and go to Opa Grill and Tavern! Never had bad service or food or drinks they bring the bottle to your table and verify you get what you are getting! Plus the servers there know what they are doing and can function!
