Service was excellent. Food was delicious. The wait time for both getting the table and getting our food was great. The staff are very considerate. I perceived that they are short on staff, considering it's Christmas Day, but service was very kind, attentive and cheerful despite the stress of handling so many tables, even assuring us of getting our food as quick as possible, owing the waiting time before they got our orders. I really have to stress that as a comment of thanks and praise! Food tasted amazing. We had the big thin crust pizza, the pasta with the artichokes and chicken parmesan - all really good, great portions and tasty! We had the calamari as our appetizer. Really good crunch and the spicy marinara had a good kick to it!

We had a great Christmas Eve dinner there. Service was good, salad, pizza, chicken parmigiana, rigatoni and chicken limon. All delicious! Brought our own wine and only had to pay $15 corkage.

Disappointed by the kitchen. How does an Italian restaurant run out of meatballs on Saturday night....especially when the restaurant is not full? We ordered one salad, and the wait staff tried to serve us three. Also, how does an Italian restaurant run out of tiramisu, or not have espresso? Eventually requested tea, but didn't have black tea. I settled for green tea, but the water came lukewarm. Our server was great, and all she could was apologize for all the shortcomings of the kitchen. Do better, or we're not coming back.

It was so loud from other parties in big rooms that we couldn’t hear each other across the table. We had to ask the server to move us. Our salad was delivered to another table and by the time we got it, some of the other food was cold disappointing. Probably won’t go back.

🌟🌟🌟🌟 AMAZING Early Birthday Dinner at Buca di Beppo! OMG, where do I even start?! I just had the BEST early birthday dinner with family and friends at Buca di Beppo, and it was unforgettable. My son treated me like a Queen, and the love from everyone there was absolutely overwhelming. I feel so lucky to be surrounded by such incredible people—and equally lucky to have had Ash and Tina taking care of us! If you want the BEST service from the most amazing humans on the planet, Ash and Tina are IT. They made the whole experience even more special. I absolutely LOVE THEM!!! 💕 Now let’s talk about the food—wow. Everything was delicious and so filling we couldn’t finish it all, and there were 8 of us! LOL. Here’s what we devoured: HUGE Meatballs (like half-pounders!) 🍝 A giant Caesar salad 🥗 Two baskets of garlic cheese bread 🧄🍞 Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo, Spaghetti with Meatballs, and Rigatoni 🍝 Starters: fried mozzarella, calamari, and spicy shrimp 🦐🧀 But the showstopper? The biggest Happy Birthday dessert I’ve ever seen in my life! Picture this: a gigantic martini glass (no exaggeration—10x the size of a regular one) filled with fudge, 3 massive scoops of chocolate ice cream, 3 huge scoops of vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, sprinkles, and SIX brownies. It was so over-the-top that we were all laughing and in awe—it literally took all 8 of us to eat it. We had such an amazing time—everyone left happy, full, and with the ittus. Plus, we all have tons of leftovers for tomorrow’s lunch or day off. Thank you, Buca di Beppo, for making my early birthday celebration so memorable. Can’t wait to come back! 🎉🍝💕

The spaghetti and meatballs dish: spaghetti was over cooked, soggy and in pieces. The sauce was tasteless. The salad, the chicken masala were ok.

We usually use take-out for their Thanksgiving dinner, but tried eating in this time. A big mistake. We were seated in the bar area with the bartender as server. He was naturally distracted by bar flies and we had little attention. Food arrived cold, and had to be sent back for reheating. Bus staff was more attentive but sparse in that area of the restaurant. Add-on salad was overpriced.

In general we enjoyed every time when decided to eat at Buca. Good food. Good service from a waiter Shane to server young man. They seem well trained. And there is no long waiting at all. Nice looking decorations of each section. We ordered promotion meal for three even we only have party for 2. Because we afraid the portion will not food will not feed us well. But by the end we have a lunch for next day to take home. My husband said we should stick with meal for two better. A bit disappointed due to the spaghetti noodles this time was a little over cook not tender as normal but it's still good sauces. I will come back soon. Thanks Buca team.

Food was good, service was super slow . It took about 20 minutes just for someone to come to our table to get drinks and another 20 minutes just to get the drinks, you could imagine how long the food took.
