We had the worst experience ever at a restaurant. Unfortunately, this is the 2nd time we’ve had a very poor dining experience here. Our waitress took our order and did not come back for over an hour. Meanwhile, we received all of our entrees before our appetizers. They were cold. We asked about our bar drinks and appetizers. They brought them out and they were cold as well and also the wrong items. Finally after an hour, our server finally reappeared and we let her know to cancel our bar orders as they did not come within that hour and our food was cold.

Our waitress was horrible She took 15 minutes to come our table to even get our drink order. She did bring those quickly But then we had to wait another 15-20 minutes to give our food order. She used foul language She said the F word twice! Extremely unprofessional and frankly quite lazy! It’s important to add we had 5 people at our table and the restaurant was not busy!

If you love pasta and good, NY style pizza, this is your place! BUT, if you enjoy salad and veggies this can be your place. Their garden salad was fabulous! Italian dressing, loads of fresh veggies, black olives and Giardiniera peppers - enough for 2 salad lovers. Great Brussel sprouts, too! Check it out!

It is a fun experience with a group. We appreciate it proximity when we head downtown for events.

It was definitely not a good night at Buca. We have been before and enjoyed it. This time, the service was poor, they were out of 3 different wine selections, the restrooms were truly disgusting, and it was not a good experience. We love the decor and usually really enjoy Buca, so we are hoping this was a one off.

Arrived at 4:50 for 500 reservation and was seated at 540. Only reason we were seated at 540 and not later was that at least 6 parties ahead of us left the restaurant before being seated. They only had 3 servers for the whole restaurant on Friday night CBJ game night. There were lots of unhappy customers that evening

Very understaffed. Once seated the waiter was very good but they had zero staff to clean tables. The entire restaurant was a mess.

First off, the food was very good. We had a reservation for two and they seated us in the bar area. The bartender was waiting on all the tables in the area so service was very slow. One half hour after taking our order we were told they were out of one of the meals we ordered. Picked a second meal and then told a few minutes later they were out of that one too. The bar area was noisy and everyone coming in the door had to walk by our table. Just not a great atmosphere for dinner.

Our server Jamie was very friendly and professional and did her best to help us. We ordered appetizers that were delivered to our table after one of our main course items was delivered to our table, we had to ask the food runner where our appetizers were. We ordered Ziti and Lasagna for main course but were told, after everything else we had ordered was delivered to our table that they were out of Lasagna. This makes two times in a row that we have driven sixty miles, each way, to get Lasagna only to be told they were out once we get there. We decided yo order Manicotti instead only to have our server come back to our table and tell us they were out of that too. We wound up settling for Chicken Parm but by the time we had all of our food at the table everything was cold except the Chicken Parm. We ended up spending $168 on food we really didn't want because they were running out of everything plus we had a table full of mostly cold food.
