BRIO (palabra italiana que significa "animado" o "lleno de vida") es un restaurante informal y elegante especializado en gastronomía típica del norte de Italia. Su subtitulo, "Tuscan Grille", describe un menú con filetes, chuletas y marisco asados al horno, similar al que ofrecen los restaurantes tradicionales de la Toscana.     Es un buen lugar para almorzar y cenar con precios razonables, buen servicio y buena cantidad de opciones en la carta.

    Outdoor seating was nice. Table was not set when we sat. Spotty attention by server. Drink orders taken. Not all served at same time. No bread while waiting. Manager explained Christmas day was overwhelming experience tbis year. Restaurant ran out of bread. Food was good but prices high. There was no real compensation for the experience other than my 10% mall employee discount. Won't be going back anytime soon.

    We were so glad this restaurant was open on Christmas Day, offering a warm and welcoming atmosphere when many others were closed. While there was a bit of a wait that is understandable for the holiday. The experience was well worth it. The service was attentive and friendly, making us feel right at home. Every dish we tried was expertly prepared and delicious, showcasing high-quality ingredients and great attention to detail. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we’re so happy we chose this spot for our holiday meal. Highly recommend it!

    Food was great , but unfortunately wait time for food were outrageous. 45mins plus for entree and another 45 mins just for a piece of to-go desert. 2hr total dinner

    My son had plastic in his Caesar salad, waitress said she didn’t know how to handle that and did nothing. She also dumped ice on my daughter’s lap when pouring water.

    Five of us went to Brio at 2 o’clock on Christmas day. The restaurant was very busy. One of the people in my party never got her salad. Some of the silverware was dirty and had to be replaced. The bar apparently ran out of Ketel One vodka and someone else in our party, had to send her steak back twice to he cooked to medium. Eventually , they just took it off the bill because it took forever for her to finally get it cooked properly. The food that we did receive was very good but pricey. I’m hoping it was so bad due to the holiday service.

    It’s been a few years since we were at Brio, but we remember liking it in the past. This particular experience was subpar. We arrived early for 7 PM reservation. We were told to wait at the bar until our reservation time before we could be seated. They did however, seeat us at about 6:50 PM. Our waiter was congenial, but the service overall was very slow. My wife had to send back her dinner, which was the chicken Caprese because the chicken was over done and overall the dish was bland without much flavor at all. I got the chicken millanaseswhich immediately I could tell it had been under a warmer for a while because the pasta was dry and had an overdone look to it. The mozzarella on the chicken was not even melted. My son and my wife both ordered the lobster bisque which came out lukewarm. We declined to have dessert and we’re overall left very unimpressed. Which is a shame.

    3 diners; 2 meals were great: salad w/ grilled salmon; shrimp/eggplant & calamari. The chicken Milanese was so so. Great service. We were very surprised to get in 2 days before Christmas.
