El Brio (que significa "vivo" o "lleno de vida") es un restaurante "refinado y casual" que sirve una auténtica gastronomía del norte de Italia. El subtítulo "Tuscan Grille" corresponde a un menú que ofrece carnes, chuletas y mariscos asados al horno, platillos similares a los que se podrían encontrar en un ristorante de la Toscana. Restaurant was out of about half the menu items - lobster, chicken tenders (half of their kids menu), any potato product (a side for half their entrees), table bread, some apps, etc. But this was not disclosed at all during our wait or check in. This would have been valuable information to have when deciding if we'd continue with our meal there. It impacted our parties choices in what we were looking forward to for dinner. Service was extremely slow - we ordered an app, it was out, we had to make a substation and it took over 30 minutes to get. Drinks took about 20 minutes. and we ordered our entrees as soon as he was able to take them and overall it was 1 hour and 15 minutes from the time we were seated to the time we received our entrees. Painfully slow. The table next to us had 1 less person, was seated 45 minutes after us, and received their entrees at the same time we did. The dining room was a mess - we were in a section of 9 tables, 7 of which were dirty and not bussed at all. It's one thing to not fully clean and prep the table, but to leave dirty plates of food and drink for 1-2 hours is just not pleasant for your guests. They would only clean as they needed to seat new guests. The bathrooms were also dirty and out of toilet paper. We never saw a manager, were asked our our meal was, etc. With proper communication and expectations it wouldn't have been as bad - let us now you are out of stuff, you are running at an hour + for meal service, that you are short staffed, be apologetic and understanding. But we came for a nice celebratory dinner with a reservation and spent far too long at the restaurant just sitting and waiting.

We were excited that Brio was open on Christmas Day! we made reservations for Christmas evening for dinner and were treated very well by our server, Seth. Even though servers were bussing their own tables due to reduced staff on the holiday, Seth made sure we were his focus and was attentive to our needs. It is not fun working on a holiday but restaurant staff went out of their way to help us feel welcome.

It was Christmas Eve so it was pretty busy. Some mistakes were made but I feel like it was the holiday so nothing major. Food was good atmosphere was great. Would definitely visit again.

The manager Amber ruined our Christmas Eve dinner. Learn how to speak to your clients especially when YOUR employees screwed up the reservation. There was zero compassion, zero apologies and you treated us like garbage. The bathrooms were DISGUSTING. We’ve had three Christmas Eve dinners here and this will be our last. On a positive note, our waiter was wonderful.

No Beff Carpaccio No Brunch - not enough servers Portobello Mushroom Ravioli was horrible - bland, overcooked, pasty-tasting sauce Gave the resto a second chance - I'll never return.

We had a great time at the business casual setting restaurant. Portions are huge. Service was very attentive and friendly. Family style sides are a plus. All our teenagers ate well, especially the huge carpaccio & calamari. Absolutely will return.

I could have went to Olive Garden and had better food and pay less . They wanted to up charge me $8 to swap out 2 tablespoons of mashed potatoes for pasta. Our bread was frozen when they served it. Not worth the price
