We are a comfortable, lounge type setting dining room, with a large patio that is dog friendly. Elevated dining without the tablecloths. Private events and buyouts available. Many events and live music weekends.

We love this place! The food was incredibly delicious & so interesting. Our server Jamie was super attentive & professional. We had been meaning to try Brightwaters for the longest time & it’s going to be a main restaurant downtown HB. Such a step above what’s downtown HB right now. Casual but hip.

We have been wanting to try Brightwaters for a long time and finally made it in! We were not disappointed! Anne and her entire staff were amazing. There was a musician playing and it was the perfect noise level where we could still have a conversation. Our waitress was very knowledgeable about the drinks and menu options. There were six of us and everything we ordered was fresh and delicious. I can’t wait to go back and try more items! Great addition to downtown Huntington Beach!

Brightwaters is amazing. Such wonderful ambience, the food is excellent, great selection of wines and cocktails. The whole staff is welcoming and friendly. Juan Carlos and the team are truly awesome.

The food was out of this world. Some of the best I've eaten at a local Huntington Beach restaurant. I ordered the filet mignon, and it melted in my mouth. The sides were tasty and creative as well. My dining partner had a salad so fresh it tasted like it came straight from the garden. She also ordered the confit duck sandwich. She said the ciabatta bread was deliciously fresh, but cheese was added to the duck, which is already a rich, fatty meat. The cheese with the duck was too much. Next time, we'll order the sandwich without the cheese. The service was exceptional. Prompt, friendly, and efficient. The biggest problem was that the room was extremely cold. We both had to keep coats, mufflers, and hats on the entire time we ate. The manager said that it was as warm as they could make it.

The service was excellent and the food very good. The atmosphere is lively yet not overwhelming. We had the cauliflower and Brussel sprouts which were good. My wife loved her short rib and polenta dish. The flatbread was just OK. Would like to dine here again and try some different items.
