Brick Fire Tavern is a Craft Pizza Restaurant, specializing in creating hand crafted Neapolitan Pizza paired with craft beer, select wines, and other hand crafted dishes. By definition, “craft” in the context of food refers to the expertise in making things by hand, and usually in limited quantities. With this as our core, we are dedicated to the art of creating combinations that work in harmony with each other. Our ingredients are homemade, and seasonal whenever possible, and our menu items are uniquely balanced and creative. Everything served from the kitchen has at least one element either cooked or finished in our wood fired brick oven. We have traditional pizzas, as well as our creative and unique pizza combinations which are both fun and fancy ways to use local and fresh ingredients.

I avoid gluten and dairy to keep the inflammation and allergies at bay but I’ll fall off the wagon to eat my favorite pizzas at Brick Fire Tavern!

What a gem. The food was outstanding, service was top notch. Best dining experience my family and I have had in a long time. We will be going back!

They sat us at a booth with a broken seat and it was very uncomfortable. Won’t be returning.

Food was delicious! Fresh pasta had the perfect chew and the pizza was outstanding just like Italy. Our server was helpful and accommodating- we split one of the entrees for a starter and finished with the Mama Mia pizza. We will be going back.

Third time and still excellent place. Super Tuscan wine was super. Big ripe tomatoes and soft burrata made a great first. Both enjoyed our fresh pasta dishes. Pleasant servers. Comfy seating. We usually love their special pizza but chose pasta for a change. Glad we did. Conversation easy as not noisy. Love this place. Thanks Jay and team. Keep it going!

Always Great. One of our regular places. Pizza is great but expanded menu is just as good. All around good Italian food! Try the calzone for dessert...ooey, gooey Nutella and bananas! Da winaz!

We have been trying to get here for a long time. It was so worth the wait. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. The we had the clams and the bodega grinder pizza. Can’t wait to go back and try more of their excellent food.
