Terrible service. Waitstaff is grumpy and rude. Food is WAY overpriced and not cooked fresh when you order it. Our waitress disappeared and we had to go to the bar to get another drink. Waitstaff started clearing our food when we were still eating it multiple times! I kept saying, we aren’t done and they just kept taking things away. I’ve never seen anything like it! Of course, after we paid, and still tipped despite my better judgement, the waitress sent the owner over saying we had used foul language at her. A complete lie! When we explained what had happened and how we know you want a quick turnaround, but we weren’t even done, the service has been terrible, etc, he just waved us off and made a comment about us not being over our time. No apology for the behavior of his staff, no offer to make things right…. It’s unbelievable they charge this much for mediocre food, terrible service, and a completely ruined experience. We won’t be back.

What a fun place to go for the holidays! Their decorations are outstanding. Can you get a little bit cold but still is fun. A great place for a family gathering!

Christmas is a fun time to visit Brewsters. I enjoyed the decorations and over the top ambience but the food left a lot to be desired. I had a salad with roast chicken that was cold and fatty and tasted like leftovers. The little tahini dressing that was on it was virtually tasteless. The red pepper overwhelmed the other flavors. Mostly it was just meh. The Christmastini was tasty but literally teeny. When we tried to make reservations for 6 we were told there were no tables for 6 -- but when we sat as 4 and 2 (separated our party so some members could enjoy the "miracle" ambience) we noticed a lot of tables that could have accommodated our party. A host that cared would have made a better effort to put us together. That said, my grandson raved over his chicken strips and fries and my partner enjoyed his veggie burger.

We were rudely asked to leave when there were 3-4 empty tables of the same size around us to sit people at, but ours was the one they wanted to use. We did not go over the 2 hours slot. We were there for only 1h20 or so. But because we just had paid the manager rushed us out and they lead new guests to our table before we were all standing. Our server was great otherwise. We come here every year for Christmas, I know it’s your busiest time of the year but you have to be mindful of your own rules.

Fun and over the top holiday decor but not enough heaters, very unorganized and eh food. Completely understand the 2 hour time limit on tables, but when you have empty tables on all sides of you, hearing you’ve hit your time limit while still finishing your dinner doesn’t make for a great experience. Used to love going every year as a tradition, but this nought be our last.

First, our server Margie was fantastic. Very helpful and sincere. We have been coming to Brewsters at Christmastime for many years. It's a tradition and never disapoints. (The child's burger was over-cooked and dry....he couldn't finish it. Otherwise the food was enjoyable.)
