Omg! Starting with the space itself. Such an amazing vibe and one of a kind set up. The food was more than delicious! I had the sho burger and fries. I couldn't help but eat every last bite. We loved our server. She was very attentive and did a great job. I really can't wait to go back.

We would not go here again for the food. Items are either incredibly bland (chicken sandwhich) or overly sauced (chicken wings, carrots, Brussels sprouts). We would not go here again for the service. You’re just another table, entree’s follow the appetizers in immediate succession, practically at the same time. You’ve just started your first carrot, when your main dish arrives, and no one cares. If you want to sit outside, rain or shine, hot or cold, and drink with your friends until you can’t taste the food and don’t care about the service, go here.

Our server was great! So sweet and attentive! The staff that came by was so helpful as well and we had a wonderful time celebrating my birthday there.

The place was almost empty yet it took a long time for the wait staff to ask us if we wanted anything and then walked away before asking me. After requesting my hot tea it took another 10 minutes before taking our food order. Everyone got their food except me I had to wait until everyone else ate about half their meal before she came with my mac and cheese. It did not look like the other mac and cheese; it was runny and very bland. No salt or pepper on the table so I had to ask for that too. The heat lamps were nice. I’ve eaten here before and it was good. Not certain what happened today. Stick with the fried food and alcoholic drinks.

This was my first time experiencing Brewsters. This was the BEST way for me to celebrate my birthday. The staff was friendly. The food was great. The atmosphere was perfect. I’m obsessed with the holidays. So the fact that everything was still decorated for Christmas made my dinner just as special. I will definitely be coming back again and not just for the holiday decor.

Today I used open table to dine with a friend. While the food is excellent, I take issue with how my beverage order was handled the day prior while dining solo at the bar. Not wanting an alcoholic beverage, I ordered a "diet Coke"...I was served a glass with a large amount of ice with the soda. Since it wasn't enough to last through my meal, I asked for a refill. The female bartender emptied my glass of ice and poured a new glass, again with a lot of ice. I paid my tab and left, not looking at my receipt in detail until I reached my motel. I was charged $4 for each pour, so $8 for very little soda. On this visit, I asked my waitress at our table about the soda situation. She explained that it's a "craft" diet cola and that they don't provide free refills. After my meal, I asked for a manager and was guided to Chelsea. I explained my issue over the non-disclosure of the combination of: the price; the fact it was a "craft" cola versus the brand Coke; no free refills... Chelsea got a big smirk on her face and asked if I was wanting a refund or what was my issue. I said I didn't expect a refund, but that I would expect the server to advise me of the price or, at least, that refills were not free. She said it "would be an insult" to the customer to tell them the price of the drink....and that the cola is not on the menu. I said, "you have prices on the menu for your food and alcoholic drinks...it's no insult to show the prices on the menu..at least the server should disclose that there will be another charge...that's being truthful, not insulting"...her amused smirk remained and I told her, "I can see you're amused"...She said maybe I could talk to someone else, but I just told her my solution was not to order any beverage and that I would just drink water going forward. PS, only order a full rack of the ribs...the "1/2 rack just gets you 1/4th-1/3rd....take the leftovers home. And don't bother with the $20 salads either. Not worth it.

A wonderful place to get good, fun drinks and ok food in an absolutely delightful environment with great service. We are there every year! Wouldn't miss it
