Wanted a hot coffee with some red velvet cake; got the coffee, waited until coffee was almost gone and then couldn’t cut into my cake with a brunch knife, it was frozen the first time I came. Had to ask for proper cutlery. Second time, my plate of fries were cold. Drinks were neat. Won’t be back.

It was a very nice restaurant but the service was a little slow as there was a very large very very loud party next to us

The staff were very helpful and provided feedback when requested. The food was fantastic, the portions were good. The presentation was delightful- very attractive. The decor is quite light and summery with all the artificial flowers. The only thing I did not like was the tablet for ordering menu items- it often timed out. I found it took alot of time to place an order this way. I did not want to use my phone and all the data it would use. I have also eaten at the downtown location and also enjoyed the food, decor and staff.

The food was greasy, service was horrible, waited 20 min for one drink and I will never go back. Went down the rd for dessert and drinks to finish if the evening. If I could give this place a negative rating for food and service I would.

Surprised how good the food was. Very generous shrimp and lobster. Service was spectacular. Even offered my to go meal for free as it was taking so long. Only bad thing was a pair of very rude ladies who came at end. Went on a FaceTime call right in the middle of the restaurant. Full volume in other loud language. Not something that was the restaurant fault of course.

I had the tuna poke bowl. It was excellent. The half greens option was very good. Everything was super fresh. Loved the portion and the dressing. I also had the London Fog Lavender tea which was lovely. My daughter had the fettuccine Alfredo which she said was the best Alfredo she's ever had. I think she might be a little biased because the pasta is actually pink, a novelty which she adored. (She's 24. Pink never loses its charm.). The restaurant itself is cosy and adorable. This was the first time at the Southside location. It is beautiful.
