Una muy mala experiencia, pedimos un corte de carne y a los 20 min dijeron que no había, luego pedimos otro corte y a los 10 min tampoco tenían. Finalmente en 40 min de espera vino manager y dijo que tercer corte no tenía. No recomiendo a este sitio porque no saben tratar al turista. Del mismo modo me mojaron con vino al servir la copa y la mesa

I was really excited to go for the first time, the staff was extremely friendly and Professional, upon sitting at my dining table. It was frigid. I mention it. They said they were experiencing some problems with the AC but they were turning it off. It was already cold outside. I don’t know why the AC was on, After several attempts to get the staff to either turn it off or turn it down. They were unsuccessful so the entire evening along with other patrons in the area froze all night long. After complaining, no manager came by to check on us, not even a courtesy dessert or coffee, it is very unlikely I will be returning. The only positive experience was the server he was extremely friendly and did his best to accommodate us but at the end, it was too cold to enjoy our evening.

I had booked a reservation for a birthday and before selecting this restaurant I had looked up reviews and searched multiple locations for different options and this is the restaurant I settled with within the first serving entrées. I knew the experience was going to be horrible as I sat there and watched multiple other parties asked to speak to the manager. My experience led to not having any of my salads or soups delivered to me as ordered. I know the bread thing is free, but we did not get any even after we asked and multiple times I asked the waiter to accompany my sparkling water with wedges of lime, which never came but the most disappointing thing of all was our waiter not knowing whether or not certain cuts of steaks were in stock after offering it to us. We ordered a prime steak and waited almost 20 minutes before they told us that it was not available, and we had to change our selection and we ordered a tomahawk steak, which came to us very cold on top of that we did not get our appetizers. Needless to say I will never be going back to this restaurant

Great service and ambiance. Our entrees both came out rare though we’d ordered them medium and medium rare. The rest of the food was delicious.

Sat on the outside patio. The music selection seemed a bit unusual for the setting. The music selections at Landry‘s restaurants always seem to be a bit off from the anticipated vibe. Also, the lighting was a bit brighter than needed for an intimate dining experience on the patio. Distracted a bit from the lights on the Riverwalk. Advise the staff that I was an LSC member because they had not mentioned it when I checked in which they usually do. The visit did not seem to be credited to my LSC account.
