    New Year’s Eve dinner. Very busy, but despite that food was good consistent and the server was positive energetic and pleasant. This was a nice night out.

    The hostess forgot about us and therefore not seated until well over 30 minutes. She then lied and said she called our name but we were standing right next to the hostess stand. This is the 2nd time this happened at this same location. Food was not great this time. Usually is so we were surprised

    I had made a reservation for 6 and changed to 8 people due to the good food. We arrived at 615 and were seated. Preparing to place our order and we were informed they were out of Veal. This is one of their primary dishes and the main reason I went to this restaurant. It’s hard to understand that you’re out of a mainstay at that early of an hour. Poor planning or saving what you have for the New Year’s Eve crowd. I don’t know. Anyway, the food we ordered was good. But definitely disappointed in their ability to plan their services. Bravo is one of the few that still serve Veal Parmigiana. I may go back and try again. Hopefully they’ll be able to provide their menu items.

    We arrived 10 minutes early to a mob scene of people (all with reservations) waiting for tables. Diners with reservations 1.5 hours before ours had yet to be seated. The hostess was completely overwhelmed and unhelpful so we left without eating. Most disappointing.

    Christmas Eve was such a disappointment!! Reservations out of control - way way overbooked. They had a large box - with a grill blocking the front desk so you had to shout to be heard to the hostess, because the box was in the way! I was served an Expresso martini in a rocks glass. The bar was very busy and only 1 bartender David who was nonstop — the other just seemed loss - but my Nespresso martini was a disappointment! This restaurant cannot be trusted to book on any important date!

    I can't give a review about much as we were never served. We arrived for a 6pm reservation only to learn it would be an hour and a half before we'd be seated. The woman who informed us of this (not the hostess, the manager perhaps) was incredibly flippant about it. Of course we didn't stay.

    6:00 reservation but not seated until 6:50. Place was out of control. Not enough room for people waiting. Seemed to be way overbooked. Food took a long time to arrive. Four of us ordered the Woozie and the servings were all different sizes. My plate had obviously been sitting under a heat lamp for a while. Pasta on top was dry and hard. The Alfredo sauce was also hardened on top. It took so long to get our food so I didn’t send it back. Not worth the price at all. Should at least come with a salad.
