    Dinner at Bravo. Reservations had been made and the restaurant seated us within a few minutes of our arrival. The food was great. The waiter was pleasant and attentive to our requests. A very pleasant experience.

    Our waiter was fantastic! The restaurant was very busy today. We were very disappointed that they wouldn’t serve appetizers today.

    We had such a wonderful experience last year at Bravo and were hoping to repeat it this year. It was not to be. The bread came out dry and cold, they didn't have all the ingredients advertised on their drink menu, our drinks came out after our dinner was served, our server was not very attentive, although she was nice. We ordered the Turkey dinner with 'seasonal vegetable' which was green beans and they were almost raw. Everything was way over salted. I will chalk this up to being open on Thanksgiving. Oh well. I have been here several times before so we are not scratching it off our list but I think I'd rather go to M'Tucci's. Sorry Bravo.

    Bravo was very accommodating. We had reservations for 4 and were seated at a 4 top. One of the guests invited another guest. Bravo immediately reseated us at our request. All the food was delicious - appetizers, entrees and desserts. It was very quiet at the restaurant which made it so nice for my party to be able to visit without trying to be heard above the crowd noise. We were celebrating 3 birthdays which Bravo helped us celebrate with complimentary desserts. Overall a grand experience.

    We waited 10 minutes before we were approached for water and then waited again about 10 minutes before the water came then the food took about 20 minutes and then another 10 minutes for the check. We got there at 12 and left at 1:30. That’s ridiculous. Service was horrible. not even an apology for slow service or an acknowledgment. Food was fine

    We decided to go out and celebrate Boss's Day here. We were a party of 11. The service was not unfriendly, but the restaurant was slow, and our server was not on top of their stuff. It seemed like they would get lost. I had to have someone look for the server to pay. I blocked out 2 hours for lunch and could not make it back to work in that time frame. The food was great! We ordered dessert but we had to take it to go. I would be hesitant to go back for an event at a busier time for the restaurant because if that is how slow they work when the restaurant is slow, I can't imagine if we had gone when they had more people.

    Our meal was good. Our waitress was also the bartender, so we had very delayed service. We didn’t have an opportunity to order second drinks and we never had refills for our kids drinks. Portions were super small. Service was poor when expecting a nice Italian dinner out. This place is on its last leg.
