Brass Kitchen & Bar is located on Yampa Street in Downtown Steamboat Springs. Chef Ryan Fowler reimagines continental classics as healthful, modern American plates. A diverse selection of artisanal spirits, wines and beers on tap offer the perfect pairing. A staff of career restaurant professionals conveys the hospitality for which Steamboat Springs is famous in an upbeat contemporary, yet warmly inviting space. Conceived as a place where friends and all members of the family are welcome, quality and affordability are core values. Favorites include Cassoulet and Hofbrau Dunkelweiss, and Sriracha Braised Pork Cheeks with dry Riesling or Mezcal.

Happy Hour, 3:30 to 5:30 pm daily, is a time, when locals gather to toast the day's outdoor adventures. The full menu and all beverage are available at a 25% discount.

We welcome your reservation, or invite you to drop by. Bar and table seating is available.

No show reservations will be charged A $25 per person fee.

I’m not sure I’ll ever have anything negative to say about Brass. Between the incredibly friendly staff to the absolutely delicious food, every time we’ve come here it has been well worth our time and money. The steak bites are a must!

Another great meal at Brass tonight. We specifically went because it was a Monday night and $10 tapas night. So many great tapas to choose from. We loved the tuna poke, the papusas, the fried ravioli, and the Caesar salad. The Paloma was one of the best I’ve had. Michelle was our server and she did an excellent job, was kind, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Brass has become one of our go-to restaurants because it’s always amazing!

We were welcomed with a big smile at the front door and had a nice quiet table with wonderful service and our food came to the table quickly and we enjoyed a cocktail or two and we shared small plates and really enjoyed our evening together… Thank you

We like rhe menu. My husband loves Bolgonese pasta. The sauce had had a wee kick and he loved it. Rich favors, so good on a snowy evening.

Great time for getting together with friends. AWESOME small plate options as well as entres, drinks and salads. We had a blast.

Amazing locally owned restaurant here in Steamboat. The owner greets you when you walk in, the service is outstanding and their menu is a real value in this mountain town without compromising quality. An absolutely wonderful place to dine and there are always new surprises with their happy hour menu. And the pork beef cheeks - one of the best entrees ever!

Not only was the food and beverage selection incredible, but also our waiter, Tomas, was the best waiter we have ever had while dining out. He remembered our names, what we ordered including our wine selection from a previous visit, was friendly and knowledgeable.

We loved this restaurant! The food was delicious and the service was excellent. The noise-level was fairly high; that seems to be the trend for newer restaurants these days. Even so, it is a five-star experience!

From the greeting at the front door to the end of dinner, a great experience. The food and presentation were all very good, service was efficient and friendly, prices beat most of the competition. We love this place.
