The food was exceptional lots of flavour and good quality. The service was outstanding friendly and professional, which is a very good balance very welcoming and a very good environment. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely come back again

Lovely little restaurant with excellent service and superb food . Personally we thought it food and service better than the Ivy . Only criticism was lack of ambience

We had a great pre fixe dinner . We had fish and lamb and it was yummy. It’s such a pretty, small dining room with great service. The staff at the hotel are excellent with great suggestions on what to do and where to go in Bath.

Highly recommend the 5 course menu with pairing wine - truly something special. Very attentive service, without being overwhelming. Fantastic food, a genuine taste bud sensation. Delivered in wonderfully relaxed environment, surrounded by other guests who were equally as vocal of their experience at Bouvardia.

Value for money was poor. The most expensive white wine was overpriced (£17 in the shop, £60 on the list) Amuses, which actually were not a proof of excellence, and bread are not a course in our opinion. The main course was sort of okay. We skipped dessert. To our surprise there was no discount, would have been nice, instead an extra £15 was added for cheese we did not have. Luckily we checked the bill. We booked the hotel expecting a great diner on our last day in England, this was a disappointment, not the Grand finale we hoped for. We had much better diners on our trip, for less money too.

We went to Bouvardia for my partners graduation. It was wonderful. Service was 11/10, the food was delicious, the atmosphere was calm and lovely. I’m so glad we booked Bouvardia and we will definitely return
