We love our server Rachel! The entire staff makes it a great experience every time we dine at Bourbon's. It's our go to place and will continue to be in 2025.

Great experience! Staff was friendly and patient and dinner was very enjoyable! Super busy night for them but they handled everything well!

All rating categories 5 star! And we have fussy diners in our group! Hostess stand personnel also outstanding and our server sean was super talented, observing, just the right amount of oversight to our party of 6....bravo to this place!!! Our 4th NYE in a row here and it won't be the last!!!.

New Year’s Eve….restaurant was packed. Service and food was absolutely perfect. Thanks to the hard working staff at Bourbons.

Excellent New Years Eve meal with my Bride. Our server, Will, was great. Hostess was friendly and accommodating. We've been here many times and will continue to do so.

This is our second year we have done a family holiday dinner here. Food and service are good. I suggest not having so many tables- It was very cramped. With that said, we will be back

Parking was terrible; we needed to walk a couple blocks in the rain. The food was excellent, as usual. The service was excellent. as usual. What was not acceptable was the noise level. The din made it impossible to converse during dinner. Customers were shouting to be heard, servers were shouting to be heard, and an enjoyable dining experience was impossible. In the past we had always eaten outside during warm weather. Last night was a typical December in Michigan evening so eating outside was impossible. We eat here a lot, even though we live an hour away. It is our go-to restaurant for celebrations. We will enjoy Bourbons in the warmer months.

I absolutely love this restaurant. Never had a bad meal here have brought multiple friends and family members and they've never had a bad meal either. Drinks are great, staff is attentive. Definitely an energetic place so not a great spot for a quiet meeting but great for pretty much everything else. Do yourself a favor and make an OpenTable reservation to beat the wait time. They're usually very good with seating you at or close to your reservation time, even with a crowd of people. 10/10!

Great place, all four of us loved our dinners as well as appetizers. Great cocktails too. Try the shrimp and grits.
