   Our waiter was friendly and entertaining! It was a great dinner and experience! Much better than the Bourbin steakhouse in Dana point California Waldorf

   Came to grab a quick dinner after an event. Christine accommodated our party. Dylan the server was amazing. The cocktails, dinner and dessert were all great. The must try are the caviar twinkies! 10/10!

   We booked our dinner around 7pm. We chose the 6-course Valentine’s Day dinner for 5. Our server was wonderful and great. However, they served every course too long and the value of every serving they gave to was only for 2 ( we checked other table with the same menu we had, and their serving is just the same with us). When we are on our dessert,we waited for 2 hours but they didn’t serve to us. They said they have only 1 pastry chef . It is almost 11:30 pm. Ended up,,we need to pay our parking for staying more than 3 hours. Not worth for 275 per head and additional gratuity and tax.

   Ambiance and service was excellent however the food was overall disappointing for the $$$ they charge. Had to send back an entree that was just gross and overcooked. Our server Samantha was knowledgeable about the food, wine, AND bourbons. She was really the highlight of the experience.

    Located in the Four Seasons hotel, Bourbon Steak is a must do in Vegas. Elegant, with a Speakeasy feel. The restaurant and Bar are chic, and classy. We dined on great 14 oz. steaks (prepared to perfection) a very uniquely prepared shrimp cocktail, wedge salad, whipped potato's, and creamed spinach. It was the classic steakhouse dinner, and it was fabulous! Bourbon Steak has a fabulous wine list, and great bartenders. We savored a bottle of Caymus 2022 50th.Anniv. with our meal--Delicious! My favorite wine. As the saying goes 'You get what you pay for" it ain't cheap, but it is Vegas and for the experience itself worth every dime. I want to especially thank Matthew (our server). He made the evening super special, super fun, he has a great personality and provided attentive five star service. Also, Derek & Marquis.. these Gents represent the Bourbon Steak brand to the highest level with their smiles, and gracious hospitality.
