I am lucky to always have an excellent waitress, her name is Bri, she is super attentive, polite, kind. And if we got another waitress, we ask for her. She is the best in the place 💯!!!

I enjoyed the vibe our burgers were good but I am not a fan of coated fries. The DJ playing during half time was fine but not during the entire second half. Just saying. I do recall the cocktail a winner. I would return to enjoy a football game and its certainly here to staying. Street parking available. I would prefer no pets inside the building. Its easy to trip and then who is responsible?

Gigantic screens showing various sports, visible from all seats, including outside. Food is good, but rather limited choices. Sliders and Pizza are particularly worth trying. I've heard good reports on the Bang Bang Shrimp and the pasta dish, but haven't tried them yet. Decent selection on craft beers on tap, at reasonable prices. Social Hour (until 7:00) is definitely a good deal - half price on everything. Service is usually fast & friendly (and attractive!). Major downside is the excessive noise level makes normal dinner and/or bar conversation nearly impossible, even outside. The "Club" component kicks in after 9:00, when Bounce sports bar becomes much more of a happenin' night club scene. If that's your scene, Bounce is the place to be...

Waited over 15 minutes for someone to come to our table to even bring a drink. By that time we were already getting up and on our way out the door. The hostess stopped us and asked us to consider sitting back down, but not a single person came over, no manager, nothing. This place needs to either Get their act together or replace every employee, including the manager with people that know how to actually run a restaurant.

I went to enjoy watching the copa America final. Food was great service was okay until the end. My husband grabbed the bill and paid. As we are waiting for her to come back with the receipt the first thing that comes out of her mouth 10 min later while we were waiting for her to come back she asked my husband if the service was bad because he did not tip however since It was a busy night due to the game we were actually planning on tipping her more then 100% of the bill but when she rudely came back and offended us with that question that generosity quickly ended I found it very unprofessional of her. Don’t think I will be returning and to answer her question service was not all that great!

Awesome place to watch any game. Lots of TVs and great staff. Plates are elevated bar food.

Not the best at holding your reservation. They couldn’t accommodate us because the party before us was taking forever to leave. The hostesses kept telling us different stories. We ended up leaving. The place is only good for a drink while standing.

Waitress not that friendly and despite of being mostly empty had to chase for service .. appetizers and drinks were very good
