This was a horrible experience. I will never return or recommend for anyone. Service was slow and very very bad. Staff was unengaged and they constantly backstabbed each other for the bad service. Understaffed and overbooked. In the reservation I stated it was for a party of six of which two (twins) were celebrating a birthday. None of this was acknowledged and the bad service mad the occasion even worse. I doubt this was just an anomaly - this bad service and behavior seemed like something that was incessant. Never again!

The food was sub par (the other location are way better) later was extremely rude. It took 20 minutes just to get water. They were out of Savon Blanc, but tried to tell us that an Okie Chardonnay was the same. I was so excited for this queen’s restaurant to open and such a great space but they should really reconsider their approach if they want to succeed

My server Jefferson was very nice, but the pasta was not special or anything. They claim that they make their own pasta but I doubt it. I ordered carbonara and it tasted like boxed pasta.

Service was adequate.Food was very good.Pastas were excellent.Eggplant was not my favorite.Tomato bruschetta excellent as were the mussles.The Tiramusu was not very good .I ordered ice cream and they were excellent.(Choclolate,cofee and hazelnut).The only problem the server told me it was $10 for 3 flavors.Howver it was $10 each.I did not bring it up to the server as it was not that big a deal.The wine list did not include the vintages.Overall I give the restaurant a solid B rating

Everything was great! This was our first time at the Botte Tribeca location (we usually go to the Botte Brooklyn location which is amazing as well) and my party had a really nice time. Food was delicious, everyone was super friendly, and the restaurant itself is beautiful. Overall great experience.

The menu was ambiguous, I ordered sea bass which wasn’t as described in the menu: not cooked in tomato and vegetables, just plain, dry and tasteless! However the staff were apologetic and offered a dessert and glass of wine on the house. I don’t believe that they were at fault, I think that there is a management issue.
