    Esta padrísimo el lugar y la decoración, mucho mas bonito en el area principal no en el area de garden. La comida muy rica y el servicio muy bueno.

    This restaurant was one of the best we have ever been to. A lot of thought, creativity and planning goes into each and every dish. We had the scallops, carpaccio, sea bass and the lamb duo. It was outstanding! The cocktails were to die for. We had our kiddos with us, and to our surprise, they had something to eat for them as well! Our server was amazing, and the GM, Sandy, made us feel extra special and taken care of! Thank you so much!

    The experience and food at Botanist, is the best in Vancouver. The menu is always evolving, and the tasting menu is an adventure of the senses. It is Michelin star level dining. Lindsay was an amazing host throughout our evening! Very knowledgeable about the food, the chef, the restaurant, and elevated our experience.

    Great food and service. The music was too loud. My guest and I could not hear each other speak without shouting. All the other customers had to speak loudly, adding to the noise level. The choice of music was awful too.

    We came for brunch and it was delightful! 3 courses + Bubbly + cocktail for $71/person is incredible value. The room, service and food were all excellent.

    Went for the Valentine's Day menu. Had high expectations going in and the food and service exceeded our expectations. The food was sublime. My favourite dish was a Hokkaido scallop cooked perfectly with a beautiful sauce and sorbet and sweetness from julienned green apple with a dollop of caviar. Every bit was beautiful. Wanted to lick the plate it was so good. The next course was a soft egg with creamy polenta, black truffles, and a beautifully thin slide of crunchy sourdough that looked like a lace cover. Just beautiful and delicious. Then a steamed seabass which was cooked to perfection sitting in leche de tigre sauce with a salsa that gave it just the perfect amount of heat. The dish was served skin side up which made for a beautiful presentation. The last savoury course was an Australian wagyu zabuton cut. It was served with a beautifully roasted sunchoke and a wonderful bordelaise sauce. Great flavour with a little bit of chew if you like that. Then they served a sweet drink with a bit of a "spark" which was fun and then the dessert which was yummy but very rich and the only part of the meal which I felt could have been maybe lighter? The dessert was lovely but I could not finish it because it was so rich. Chocolate on chocolate on chocolate. Altogether an amazing meal. The service was excellent and everyone from entry to exit was very friendly and welcoming. Thanks for making our Valentine's dinner such a memorable evening!
