En el restaurante Borracha los muertos reviven. El Borracha está situado en Green Valley Ranch y está decorado con calaveras festivas que observan a los visitantes, creando un ambiente peligroso. El restaurante hace referencia al día de muertos, ofreciendo platillos inspirados en la gastronomía mexicana, así como un menu de bebidas donde abundan las cervezas, el tequila y los cocteles especiales para relajarse. El atractivo menu cuenta con platillos para compartir, burritos ingeniosos y opciones culinarias que harían resucitar a los esqueletos. El Borracha ofrece una explosión de sabor con tortillas hechas a mano, tacos adictivos, pollos rostizados, costillitas cocidas a fuego lento y y pescado fresco de Baja California. El lugar está decorado con un piso pintado a mano y un gran mural que le da vida al salón intimo, y agrega un ambiente festivo y de celebración al espacio.

They have changed their recipes for the better. Salsa is great. Flavors of the entrees right on. The service very knowledgeable and friendly. Sometimes a little loud. Always a go to when in the area.

We went for AYCE tacos and AYCD (drink) Margs. The margaritas and tacos were good, but it was clear these were not the ones on the menu. They were missing a lot of ingredients from the menu tacos, which is understandable, but there is not warning as to what you're about to receive. There is a 90 minute time limit, which is also fine, except service was on the slower side, meaning there was a lot of time that we could have been eating tacos, but we had no tacos to eat.

This restaurant is basically a sports bar, so the noise level is pretty high. Food was tasty. Next time I’ll choose the corn tortilla instead of the flour tortilla for the fish tacos. I ended up eating the middle of the tacos and left the tortilla as they were thick and doughy (for a fish taco). Very nice server and buss person.

We've been to Borracha many times, and we've never been disappointed. Tonight was great as usual. Hans was amazing, and our food was delicious.

We checked in at 6.11pm for a 6.15pm reservation. We were told by the host stand to come back closer to 6.15pm. That was weird. Then, as we were seated, we were told we had a two hour time limit. (Mind you, we were there for all of 1 hour). Our server, while nice, spoke way too softly given the music and other background noise. I had to resort to trying to read her lips. Food was fine, I’d eat there again - just odd energy as we were checking in and being seated.

The dark-haired hostess was very, very nice. She helped us get seated. The two men that were managing I suppose or very rude literally told me I couldn’t be seated earlier and thanked me and walked away no dialogue. The bus guys were absolutely outstanding. Our server was less than customer. Focus never gave us eye contact, and was very dry and not attentive
